One of the best private medical colleges of Kolkata, mostly cause of its location and high demand

The most 3rd class service. Doctors are good. However the nursing staffs are illiterate and ill mannered. The don’t behave politely with patient relatives and don’t provide proper information. Most of the time they don’t respond to patients need. It is not suitable for elderly patients. Every time they ask for medical equipment’s and medicine from patient relatives, they are so lazy to get the medicines from their own pharmacy. My grandmother was lying unattended in general bed for couple of hours as a result her blood reached to the empty saline bottle, after that they are blaming each other but have not taken care of the patient. The nursing incharge in Female Surgery ward is the most unprofessional person in the hospital.

Junior doctors are brilliant and nice. Most of the nurses and caregivers are polite and dutiful. People who deal with administrative work and those who are engaged in reception need to have patience and should behave soberly.

This college is much better than the other Medical Colleges & Hospitals. Expenses would be reduced for the best achievement of good students in West Bengal. This private College is renowned medical organization.

Maybe the largest campus in Kolkata with lots of greenery, fountains, water bodies, etc. Coffee Shops are present serving refreshments. Apart from a Emergency & Outdoor Departments in all Buildings,, there is a Speciality Clinic too. Doctors on duty at the Hospital are assisted by Interns from the Medical College. Treatment Cost is affordable. Overall a Good Experience.

Sisters are not good in beheviour. the front office stuffs except 2/3 are worse i have been ever seen. In rain, water used to logged within the building. and peculior systems of main doctor meet. overall impression is too bad.

Quiet a good place for medical treatment.Visible from the road.It is in between 8B Bus Stand and Sulekha More.Very Affordable.A bit crowded though.Doctors are good.Lots of parking space.Cafe Coffee Day and Nescafe outlets present.

All time they dont have any bed, they are not wanting to accept Swastho Sathi Card. No such advanced medical facilities.

Just went there for my friend and it was good. But as usual they will scare you about the condition of the patient so that they can keep the patient and charge you everyday. This happens in all thr hospital.

Recently I went for a covid test.. gave the sample on 3rd May.. I was told the result would come within 3days but after 6days I got the result that too after second time visit to the hospital..no one will give any confirmation regarding test report over phone..and their receptionists are too casual to take any responsibility.. so o would suggest you guys DO NOT GET TESTED FROM KPC..AND MOREOVER THEY SEND THE SAMPLES TO SURAKSHAS LAB.. please dont visit this incompetent hospital for your covid test..🙏🙏🙏

Despite being of the same blood group, I could not give plasma to my own father ....So I wanted to help treat another person with plasma during her/his critical period.So I went across the city in the midst of a severe Corona storm to give plasma to another senior citizen on ventilator at KPC Hospital in Jadavpur today.Although I went there and found out that KPC does not have the infrastructure for plasma collection, there are a few places like Calcutta Medical College, Fortis, Amri for plasma donation. And to donate plasma there also need to give current RT PCR negative report and antibody positive report.I could not give plasma, but they took one unit of whole blood.Please come forward to help others. Donate blood. Donate plasma

I had my mother admitted. Cleanliness and hygiene is up to the mark. Satisfied with the treatment proceedures and my mother recovered quite fast. The nursing staff attentiveness needs improvement.

Very bad experience for covid patients admission.. Thay thake more than three hours for a stable covid patients admission .

Recently they have increased the opd ticket amount to 100 rupees where it used to be 50. Favourable place to visit outdoor purpose.

On 25/04/21 I had an appointment with Dr R.Ahmed. I am an aged person of 77 years having multi ailments. But I wasnt able to see him. Only student Dr attended me. Seeing no other alternative I was compelled to book an appointment on 26/03/21 with Dr Anirban Majumder whose gesture and way of treatment satisfied me.Thanks to KPCMH.

Outdoor has become horrible in KPC after 2020. Doctors and the staffs got rude behaviour. However now cost for ticket booking is 100. Prior when it was 30/50 the service was top now it has changed.

Doctors are really so good,Spesicialy Dr Mayur Bhan Mukharjee.The management is a lil bit poor.

This is medical college along with OPD, speciality clinic etc. The property is in very prominent location (just opposite Jadavpur 8B bus stand). Car parking space is available and subject to first cum first serve basis. Basic refreshments may be available. The support staff are supportive. They dont accept electronic money. Overall nice experience.

Treatment is good but quality of food is not satisfactory and inadiquet.

Prices at par with other private hospitals...services nearly at par with government hospitals....ill behaved staff...lack of co ordination between departments etc...moreover, making a complaint in the greivances cell does not change things.

Do not visit this hospital.Doctors are good, costs are affordable but the system and management is worst. Please do not want imagine it also. A serious patient also has to wait untill the link will not connected with their server they will not issue tickets. It is fine that they maintain electric database and sometime it may can happen the link will disrupted but the real problem is they doesnt have any back up plan.With out a back up plan you should not handle a public service hospital.My patient has to suffer a lot. I will not forgive it and I will not forget it.

Most renowned private medical college in southern kolkata.Near 8B BUS stand Jadavpur area.Easily accessible from HWH station and SLDH station.Because Pvt hospital those who want to be a medical professional a bit high of fees.

Visited recently for my dental treatment, done RCT. Average experience not good not bad.. But OPD staff and billing staff dont have proper communication. Also hospital OPD doctor and staff should be more careful/ responsible to their patients.

Service and treatment is good at very affordable rate. Hospital compound is nicely cleaned and very big building. Canteen food is also delicious and healthy. Good Tea available.

This hospital is located Raja Subodh Chandra street. Its non-government hospital but the service is at ultimate level. I have only one objection I have and that is they have not any swipe machine or Google pay/phone pay options!
