Reliable, as the name is. I went with a friend of mine a year back. The shop is well spaced out, and has a wonderful collection of goods, good to take anyone on a digital journey. Most important, the price tag did not seem to heavy on the pocket. Easy instalment offers are also available and it does not take much time to get you desired product home. The location is an advantage - this being just beside the main road, also one can park cars and two wheelers easily in the compound area.

I bought a Samsung TV from this shop. Prior to sale they told that existing TV will be approximately exchanged at Rs 1500 -2000/-. After the sale, their so called evaluator came to my house and offfered Rs200. Moreover, they could not configure the new Samsung TV with existing remote.

Bhasudev for reliance is very good. But the exchange department is not. The customer service is amazing specially form the mobile team.

Staff were pushing very hard for selling VIVO and OPPO phones......while being less eager to show phones of other brands. I guess because of the higher incentives on VIVO phones or a stiff target from the Reliance Management. Either way , be prepared to be bombarded with suggestions for those phones !

One of the worst reliance digital in whole Kolkataconfirming that they have 14inch lptop numerous times,we went there and found no 14 inch lptop availble,though calling them 30mins just before going there.Limited availbility of laptop stock.poor service.should have given dem minus rating if posdible bcoz of their false promise in dis lockdown situation.dont go.

Lots of collection but I think their price is little higher than normal market price. Difference might goes between Rs. 400-700. I checked only mobile section this time, so I am not sure changes in other products
