Affordable, however store staff need to be more friendly. Not at all appreciable behaviour. Price and product both are in line so liked the store, still more options required to be displayed. Overall a good experience would say. Im giving one star down due to less friendly store staff.

I bought 3 furniture from Chinar Park showroom and had good experience to deal with them. Mr Anirban Paul had been helpful and ensured me to get the delivery as requested. Price is reasonable and you will get quality product compared to market.

Good quality as perceived by looking at the furniture in the showroom. The prices are reasonable and good finish. I havent used any of their products longterm yet. Recently purchased an executive chair. Delay in delivery and when finally arrived they forgot to deliver the base of the chair. So still waiting to use it.

People here are all like government employees. Closing time here is 8pm rather than the mentioned 8:30pm. Was late one day and reached at 8:05pm, guard did not allow to enter. Came back next day, heard some employees father had passed away so guard did not allow to enter. Said they had closed shop, it was around 6pm. Guard here acts like he owns the company.

A wonderful experience awarded by Damro Chinar Park. One fine morning, i thought of trying this place to buy my set of table and chair (sponsored by my organization). I purchased both from the place. The item was delivered the very next day to my place and the fitting was done the next day. The service was very prompt and whats impressive is the behavior and attitude of the guys who deliver the goods, felt much better than the Godrej guys and obvious the person which did the fittings. Both were amazing.The same happened when i purchased a few more furniture, the delivery the next very day and the fittings the next day. Cant expect faster than this. Much impressed with Mr.Sanjeev Joria for his follow up and commitment to deliver things superfast, you made it possible. The Finance part is worst, the executive of Bajaj Finance is not at all good. The person manipulates data somehow he gets the new finance approved but be prepared that you are not be able to get financed through bajaj at dealer point of any consumer items going forward, it may impact your CIBIL score as well. So be careful during financing with this DAMARO outlet. Rest all is excellent over here.

Damro bought wardrobe door had broken. Technician visited immediately on the day call was logged and did not even charge a dime even though the warranty period was over. They are so sure of their products that there is no service charge
