I always use branded shoes thats why I also choose wildcraft. But the experience is very worst. After single use it has been damaged. Ill recommend everyone that not to buy the product from wildcraft ever. Customer service of cc2 rajarhat outlet is also unacceptable which is unprofessional.

I have purchased a pair of treking shoe from CC2, Rajarhat, Kolkata.After a single day use of just normal walking the sole becoming out in dust manner. When I approached the store manager for the same to avail the warranty or understand the replacement policy he just ignored the issue. This kind of product as well as behavior from a reputed company like Wildcraft is not expected.Please advise and suggest the best possible way forward to compensate my loss.Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.

This shoe has been purchased few months back from this store. After a single day use of just normal walking the sole is becoming out in dust form. The store manager is just ignoring the issue with the product. This is such a shame for the product as well as the behaviour of the store manager of a reputed and leading company like wildcraft.

So I bought a pair of shoes from them in some offer. In two months, the shoe is torn. During purchase they told me that they will be taking care of any wear and tear for 6 months. Now they are saying, since the product was bought in offer, nothing can be done about it. They are cheats and liars...

Variety options, behavior of stuff is super nice, and actually they know about stuff very much. In covid situation they also take necessary precautions for customer and their own safety. all over experience is super satisfactory.

The store has decent and wide range of products such as bags, backpacks, jackets, track suits, Masks, trolleys and more. Behavior of the staff is also quite good. Overall good experience.

Dont buy, worst product ever from wildcraft. This was not expected from a reputed company like wildcraft. After single use in plain surface the sole was damaged in dust. Store keeper of cc2, kolkata wildcraft behaviour is also very casual and he said that now a days there is no value for human lives, and this is just a product ( বর্তমানে মানুষের জীবনেরই কোনো দাম নেই, এটা তো শুধুমাত্র একটা জুতো)
