Terrible! No consequences put on employers. There obviously setup to protect bent exploiting employers. Whatever poor compensation is awarded they dont seem to chase employers to pay up. Ireland & its laws need to get Into an impartial society. I cannot see how this wrc is helping fair & decent employment in this country. This establishment should be avoided.

If I could give no star at all I would do so. This is the place which can make you to lose the trust in humanity, people, organizations, law, and justice. Hope the next step will restore some of them if this is ever possible.
