Ambience is good no doubt, but service quality is too poor. They dont have co ordination in themselves. Room facility is also missing. No slippers available even after asking . Hair blower was just a show piece. Air condition is worst quality, after notifying for the same no proper services were provided. No fan in room. So over all better to stay at another hotel than this. Rest u will feel by yourself.

It is Ujjains best hotel.Valet parking, swimming pool, open and close resturants, pub almost a complete package.It offer both veg and non veg.Rooms are luxurious, clear and services is excellent.We got room for ₹3000, drinks cost arround ₹4000 and food cost ₹1500 which is good for 2 people.Yes , Its on a little costly aise but the definitely make it worth with thier services.

Elegant ambience and tasty food. Restaurant is also spacious, so its peaceful even after all tables are full. They have a separate dining area for vegetarians also.

Your hotel is very nice .Hotel Service is also good. I had spa therapy at your hotel last year which was a great experience for me .The therapist Who are with you right now are with you right now they do not even know the therapy properly and the way of talking to them is also not right which should be in a spa therapist and there is a request from you that if you providing so many good service in hotels so please update your spa department a little bit and when I asked this therapist who is running the spa he told me that he is running what was The desire spa of Indore .there is a request from you that dont allow unproffesnal people to operate the Spa in Anjushree hotel so that your respect will be saved and the respect of the customer..

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The worst service ever. That staff is super rude. They called at 12 .10 am and started arguing about a iron Machine in the room. And wanted to give to other guest. When I said take it in the morning they said why don’t you talk to the other guest. This is the worst service I have ever come across. I will not even give one star to them .

When we ordered so many dishes it took a long time and even after taking long time they just brought dal and chapati.when we asked about other things they just denied that it was not ordered. I don’t recommend it.

These people gave me non veg food when I ordered veg meal. After I Ate, they told me it was chicken. I am a Brahmin and a vegeterian by choice and these guys broke that thing against my will. Never going to anjushree again.

Few points about my experience at Hotel Anjushree:1. Family friendly - I stayed with my parents and staff was helpful enough to provide for anything that we needed to make our stay comfortable e.g. extra hangers , stool in bathroom as my parents required it.2. Breakfast buffet - Tasty, variety, served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian - neatly labelled everything, had live station for fresh and piping hot pooris, dosa.3. Cleanliness - Hotel is well maintained and clean. The photos available online portray the real image.4. Room Dine in - Kitchen service is prompt and is available at least until 11:00 PM in the night. Food is tasty, staff was following CAB guidelines as they had masks ON when they enter in room.5. Room was upgraded to Deluxe room with balcony which made worth all the money that we spent. Thanks to Prabhat who offered the good deal, and made sure that we received everything that was committed at the time of booking. Thanks to Akash for making sure that check-in was smooth.6. The extra bedding for the third person in double room is actually a sofa-cum bed. When turned into a bed, it is equivalent to a twin bed or may be slightly wider. So any average build person can sleep quite comfortably.7. The place is on the outskirts of Ujjain and little far from Mahakaleshwar temple, however, auto-rickshaws or cabs can easily be arranged.To summarize, the stay was wonderful and I highly recommend.

I hate dis place now. Earlier it used to be my go to place for dinner outings with family n frnds bt now it has degraded its quality to worst. Nothing is nice neither food nor dessert. Very nicely built hotel. Has all upscale hotel amenities and facilities. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent, especially the fish. Cold coffee was also too good. Family was very happy with the overall experience.

The service was very poor, I ordered the room service to clean my room during afternoon and it didn’t get cleaned up by the time I checked out even after multiple requests, the service is very slow too. It was an overall not a satisfactory experience at all

1. Best Hotel in ujjain . Should be rated 5 stats. Excellent ambience. Rooms are really nice. A bit on expensive side but best hotel in ujjain. Restaurants are also spacious however due to covid limited tables available. Food is also good. Less parking space is avlb but location wise best place in ujjain. Not very far away from mahakal temple and bus stand . Auto/ taxis are easily available. The hotel also has nice garden and is generally Fully booked during the wedding season. The staff is nice and cooperative. I also serve liquor in the restaurant which is the best thing. Very few hotel have such services in ujjain.

Individual, digital locker / vault and a mini refrigerator in room.Very nice ambience and beautifully done interiors.Food is delicious, very well prepared and good in appearance as well.Staff, at all levels, is courteous. Very humble, well behaved, well groomed and eager to assist you. Right from the security guard, at entrance gate, to the vehicle parking assistants, bell boys, receptionist and the IT guys. Everyone is humble and happy to serve you, with a smile on their face.All the services and / or amenities are comparable to a five star hotel. The pricing is moderate. It is not very cheap but considering the quality and variety of services, it is not at all expensive.

Food is good but rooms are ok..

The staff at the hotel are not at all helpful and are rude.They are willing to help some guests by disturbing other guests at 12:30 am just for an Iron.Will surely not recommend this hotel to anybody.

It is a good place to stay and for destination wedding too. They have a lot of venues for various functions.Sometimes the service is slow, the food is okaish.. but overall our experience was good

The test of food dont match the standard and the manager not friendly at all.....the room and facilities was not that good according to the cost.

It was pleasant stay with elegant and luxury rooms ,neat and clean , service was really damm good . But food quality was not as much good as it should be so it needs improvement in that sector .

Should improve on number of staffers, otherwise the food quality is delicious. Need to work on restaurant and coffee shop furniture. Should be comfortable and classy.
