K had given zamosh to dryclean my blanket ..Got it back after 7-10 days well packed.So when i opened it it didn’t had any fresh smell or anything..so when i checked..to my utter surprise They dint do it at all....the stains and the smell remAined as it is....Highly unprofessional and would never use their service again...

The pickup was great and professional approach of managing a users demand. with information on each step and the packing of your delivered product is just amazing. only concern you might have is they take 4 days to deliver. Although the clothes were good after service but the communication was worst. Had to call several times for pick up and daily they said someone will come to pick up the clothes.finally after 4 5 days they took it. Also they did not provide me any bill inspite of asking 100 times.They said it will come on your msg then email but never got the mail.seriously lack of seriousness for their business.

Only if there would’ve been a negative rating option..i would’ve given it. It’s the most pathetic service provider in Kolkata. They ruin the material & refuse to pay for the damage. They destroyed my Superdry suede finish jacket and refuse to refund for it. Spoke to their staffs but all are unapologetic and inconsiderate. After they repaired it, it’s still damage but they arrogantly say that this was there when the jacket was given for the service. I had given a brand new jacket which was worn just once. It’s been over a month since they’ve taken the jacket for undoing their fault but now they’ve stopped receiving & reverting.. and have not returned my jacket either. Horrible service. I request customers to avoid their service and Never recommend them to anyone.

Booked an appointment on Saturday for a pick up on Monday. The company sent me a text message confirming the pick up slot between 9am and 12pm but no one turned up! At 1:47pm their pick up man called and asked me for directions. Since they were very close to my pick up point I shared the address yet again and spent 10 minutes explaining how to get there. The man then told me he will call back tomorrow instead because he did not feel like coming for a pick up, at which point I politely asked him to cancel my order. If the company is oblivious about its pick up schedule, chances are itll be negligent during wash and delivery too. A thumbs down from me for sure!

Have been using Zamosh heavily, and on a regular basis for more than a year now. They are not the usual laundry that you expect. They have more of a start-up approach towards laundry service. A young crew that is enthusiastic about delivering customer delight every time and know how to do it.I am not an expert on this, but I think I can safely say that you wont find another laundry (anywhere) that will provide such high quality prompt service at such low costs. You can even schedule pick up and delivery through their App!! I am really not sure how they do it, but I know I would be lost without them!

If I have the option to give negative star I would have given that. Third class service ridiculous staffs.They damaged my three dresses and they are not sorry about it.They said that they will rectify the chemical damage but they are unable to do that for the second time also.Now, when i again complain that the damage is still there on the dresses. I got the unbelievable reply from their staff that it was already there from the time I asked them to dry wash.. really??another ,I wanted a silk blouse to be dry cleaned, they just burnt that blouse.how can be they so irresponsible??now they said that they Will rectify this can anyone tell me how will you rectify a burnt dress..Please dont trust them..they will ruin ur all dresses.not at all recommended.

After using ther service for 1.5 yrs they proved that they are worse than a local dhobi. Destroyed my Guess jacket and refuse to refund for it. Spoke to their CEO Mr Akash but he is equally unapologetic and inconsiderate. The foam is collated at most of the places and after they repaired it its still damage but they arrogantly say that this will happen when a jacket come for service. What a shame. Misplaced several clothes, ruined a trouser by putting extra bleach. No accountability whatsoever. they dont take take charge of anything. obviously put the blame on me. I decided to let it pass and asked them to return it and that also did not happen promptly. Please don’t use, you won’t know where your clothes went and you obviously won’t get them the way they are supposed to come . didnt even clean properly. clothes are still dirty and yellow stains on it.

Very BAD service.I do not recommend others to use this online service. Its better to hire a local one and get the work done.I have booked for my wooden bed and the carpenter has told me he cannot do any thing and refused to make the amendments.carpenter also refused to use his tools and told me if he will use the tool/machine it will hamper the machine.Moreover they have charged the amount in the name of inspection. In fact company charges the amount and send the representative then the subordinate says they cannot repair and both left. Beaware friends.......!!!!!!!

Really pathetic Service.. Its been 3 months I had given them my brand new clothes for wash and iron and this laundry service lost my clothes not only one time but twice. Whenever i call their customer care service i dont get any proper response and after 2 months they said i didnt give any jeans for wash to them. Second time they said we are searching ur trouser and we need atleast 2 months to search it and then only we will compensate if no found. Worst customer service I have seen ever. I am not satisfied with the service. I gave lot of items for wash. They took 5 days and after that also I had to keep on reminding that my delivery is due. They did not even remember. When I called , it appeared like they are not ready with the delivery and I was right. They delivered after 10 30 at night and my double bed sheet was completely wet. They ironed a wet bedsheet and then packed to deliver it. On top of it, no stains were removed. All stains on the bedsheet are intact and its as dirty as before. My single blanket also did not dry. I had mentioned repeatedly before giving the clothes for laundry that they should not be late as I need to go out of town next day. What am I supposed to do with the wet items now? I dont have the time to sit and dey them. And Im writing this review after opening and checking only two items. Dont know whats in store for me for the rest! Definitely my first and last order. I had opted this as my usual laundy service was not available but I am repenting now. A very bad choice indeed. Why do you take orders if you cannot deliver as promised? Very very disappointed!

Book only if u can wait daily 8 am to 11 pm for recieving your cloths and you dont know when will you recieve it, then they will misplace your cloths, then they will never respond you. Horrible and disastrous. I used more then 10 times believing on thr assurence that they will be good next time, but know i am sure its the most disgusting laundry i had ever seen.
