Very irresponsible. Initially service was good, but right now it has been deteriorated very much. They never come on time to pick up, and keeps us waiting. Expected better service.

Undoubtedly one of the best laundry services in New Town. Seems to be quite professional in terms of both cleaning process as well as the collection or delivery of the clothes at home. Their app based processing where one can monitor the status of the job at any point of time, has further enhanced the overall experience.

A decent laundry service, prices could be more nominal though. Sometimes you have to go with their per KG weight rules even though you could save more going with individual item price. Wash and dry quality is good.

Delay in delivery Even after calling and reminding everyday...I have received my cloths after 4 days and they were not even washed...One of the most unprofessional place.

Worst laundry in shapoorji. Totally unprofessional. Huge delay in delivery. 10 days me v delivery nahi karta hai. Uper se call Karo baar baar apne Kapre mangwane ke liye. Iss laundry se durr hi rehna warna L lag Jayegi. Im writing it again WORST LAUNDRY IN SHAPOORJI
