I would not recommend to anyone to use their services. They call me almost every alternate days even though requested them politely they repeat the same. This time I gave them my blanket for dry cleaning they just wrapped in their branded plastic pack and delivered. They even charged me Rs.950 each, for 3 blankets. Worst service ever....please do not waste your money on them.

Would like to express my utmost satisfaction in using Quality dry cleaning. Efficient service and prices are generally good and reasonable. I highly recommend for those who are unable to bring your loads of laundry for dry cleaning. Much happy customer..

Taking the services of The Swiss Laundry was an awesome experience for me. It is quintessence of professionalism. I am always lackadisical to clean my clothes at home. But I am also very fastidious about my clothes. So whenever I used to sent my clothes to laundries; I always got disappointed. But, The Swiss Laundry is something else. I am vehemently happy after taking their services. I would like to recommend all urbanes to take their services.

I was very happy with their efficient service of pick up and delivery. Only wish the business would have a answer service during the morning so one could make arrangements before 10:30 am.

The employee did nt bell the door.. Straight away came in the house Without the permission.Wearing his shoes inside my house . Later when I complain.. They prefer not to pick my clothes The employee name assigned was Sanju bhattacharjee

Very very bad service..each time they promise next time they will clean sarees properly but they don’t...it’s not cheap at all ..it’s expensive..we have to give 5 garments in order to get free delivery...overall it’s very expensive..and they don’t clean clothes at all..it’s been 3 years..they are super bad..not worth it..

Very Pathetic company. In-fact the work ambience is very poor. Center head Anand is very bad person.He continually harass the employee. Shouting and breaking things in office every now and then. Tamal & Anirban is his scyophants. Dont go there.

Seems like a BOGUS outfit. First of all, their supposed outlet on Elgin Road does not exist, so I dont understand why they keep using that address. Secondly, if you call them, nobody EVER picks up the phone! I called them a few months ago, and I called them last week - same result each time. I then emailed them last week to complain and ask if they intended to behave like professionals and at least answer their phone. Got back an email saying Our Executive Team will get in touch with you. Well, its now THREE WHOLE DAYS and nobody got back to me, which should tell you everything about how they function and how they view potential customers. Oh well. No problem. Osho Laundry on Camac Street does an excellent job, and they act like they are happy to have customers unlike these clueless bozos.

Hy swiss laundry,I called you in order to get a couple of my clothes dry cleaned by you but never mind i wont try to get in touch with you as you had just disconnected my call in this query and i will post the same about your customer service and the way you treat a customer thank you for not answering my call.I wish youd learn from your mistake as the saltlake branch is not responding and you had already disconnected my call.
