This laundry is totally unprofessional,they destroy of my 11000 thousands gadoyal silk white nd red border saree..dont trust them ,they are totally fraud...this is not a laundry...

I have been using their service for near about a year now and I would say that they have maintained the same quality in preserving the texture and color of the garments. Extremely professional. Nice packaging when the washed clothes are delivered. Pricing is reasonable compared to other laundries in the vicinity. Their services are worth to go for.

I have been using their services for close to 9-10 months and service has been excellent till date. Timely pick up of clothes from home, timely drop, excellent packaging of washed and ironed clothes, good co-ordination, never a clothing lost or misplaced or spoiled, polite service boys..everything speaks of high class professionalism.However it would be helpful if they can start just an ironing service as well - since currently everything is wash and iron. If they can start ironing as a separate service, that would be great.

Worst Laundry and Worst Behavior - The laundry damaged my 1 month old trouser and upon informing this issue, They denied for refund and told theyll provide Rs.20/- discount on next order. The rascal also told me its my fault and never accepted the fault also. I strictly advice yall to not to use such kind of laundry services where people behave like this. MY ACTUAL FAULT WAS TO HANDOVER MY CLOTHES TO THIS LAUNDRY.
