This Samsung mobile phone service center is easily accessible and well located. It is quite spacious and the waiting lounge is comfortable. Number of counters are adequate but the staffs at the counters are slow.

Third class service centre I have ever seen in my life. Customer value is not important for them only this centre knows how to make fool and take money from customer. The authority should close this centre. I gone there on 11th September 2021 for servicing my samsung j2 phone. After waiting 2 hours they told that glass screen phone battery need to be changed and it will cost 3000. Ok I handed over them the phone and came home. After one week they called me to take my phone back from them and that time all over the state was flooded with the heavy rain, so I requested them that right now I am unable to come there for collecting my phone as soon as the rain stop I will go there. But those impatient employees continuously telling me no yiunmust come today etc etc. So my father gone there taking the risk of his life struggling with the logged water and reached there to collect the phone. Just after one week the phone again no responding the same problem is there. If this centre does not have the proper engineer to repair the phone why the Samsung authority gave them permission to open this stupid service centre 🙄. Fraud service centre stupid unprofessional irresponsible employees and engineers are there who just not know to to repair phone. Just open the shop to forfeit the money from the customer. The best medicine of them is to lodge complaint against this fraud service centre and those employees

They are thieves. They have stolen some parts of my mobile. They took 1.5 months and kept it with them and did nothing. The above fact came to light when I went to local shop and they opened it in my front.I will suggest not to visit this service center because staffs are also mannerless.

The people dont say things clearly . As at first they said they need to keep my mobile for a day . When i accepted that after that they explained that they wont take any responsibility while opening my phone if any internal part that is functioning now gets damaged (i had a problem with the side mounted fingerprint sensor it wasnt responding). Neither can they say any estimated value for the cost of repair . 🤨😡. Very bad experience not expected from a brand like smasung.

Good service center, most of the phone parts available, but sometimes they take 10- 15 days when parts not available, but service is good , no issues at all, stuff behaviour should be little polite thats all, other than no issues, all genuine parts available there , thats why nothing to worry about genuineness, thats all.

Very poor service. First there is long waiting time. Almost arround 35- 40mins waiting time. After that they called me. There I told my problem. The problem was in touch screen. But thay told they need to open the phone to see whether there is any internal damage or not. But will take some time, more then 3-4 days. And inter physical damage will not cover under warranty. I really dont understand, I had spent almost 1hr there but no sign of repair and they will not do anything in front of you. Wastage of time. I will never buy samsung mobile again.

They clearly steal money and purely non professional staff . My samsung m31s was auto restarting every now and then and i had just bought it a year ago (it didnt even fell anytime nor i had used it much except for online classes ) . The warranty got over due to 10 days and they didnt even extended the warranty due to lockdown whereas other companies do the same . And later they told that for doing the service it would cost 9000 . Seriously ? The phone is of 20k , not even a year of usage and you guys would charge 9000 for a minor repair service ?Then why the heck do you even manufacture and selll phones that dont even work for a year ? I would clearly complain about this too the headoffice too !

Every time I go there I saw so many costumes are complaining about thair bad service.I reach there for my 45 days old galaxy F62,which was not charging.They took my phone for above 10 days for replacing the charging port. After that when I received my phone I say a white dust partical inside the back cover.on main camera glass.For this issue when I reach there they said to replace the camera patective glass.and took my phone..After 15 days when I reach there they said that parts not coming yet. So they give my mobile without the Sim tray. Asking for that they give me a very low quality third party Sim tray instead of my original tray.And said they will call me when the parts they will receive. But till now( 21days) they dont call  me..So much disappointment 😞

They wil ask u to submit the phone for inspection purpos & provid an estimatn of 1 or 2 days. After 3-4 days also they wont respond & most importantly u cnt communict either cause the contct numbr provided will b switched off ... U will not knw whts goin on wid ur phn..and hw long will it tak to repair... D only way u wil b lft wid is to visit the centre urslf and wait until they hnd over d phn..

Not a good place to service your phone. There may be any minor issues in your phone but they will make it bigger and will ask you to give the phone to them and make a big bill.ignore this place.

My A70 Scamera glass was broken but they said that the total back portion has to changed and the total cost is approx 3800₹ something and Im contacting the other service center they said that the only camera glass has to replace its total cost is approx 1400₹. The most fraud and worst service center plz dont go there.

Ive no complaints about their behaviour..Good at their own terms. But the product they offers are really awful.. Cheap quality products at very high price. I got Screen guard 2 times with ₹500/- and it was alive only just 2 months..And broken by its edges..! Like if I bought it from a street shop it must be active on my cell and with a less money involved..So think about before investing on this samsung store called Debojyoti Infotech.

They are asking for huge charge.. My display was flickering they told me have to change my display ,I have to pay 4900 . then I took it to local mobile store thay charged 300 for software installation. Now it is working fine.They have changed my battery during checking.

The staffs take really long time to look into individuals problem. You will need to spend 30mins - 2hours time there, depending on your problem. But the minimum time is 30 mins.

Staffs behave well. This is a new store. Their service is quick. If your phone needs a repair, then it may takes time & if the necessary parts are available then they will give you a quick service. Still for a software update they take upto 1hour & for a screen replacement they take more than 2hours. Sometimes they took overcharge.

I got a software update notification on my Samsung A50 on 21st Dec, 2020. After software update, phone constantly showed not registered on network. Took the phone to this service center on 22nd Dec 2020. They diagnosed and informed that I need to pay INR 8000 to get the mother board replaced as it had gone defective. I decided not to spend this much money. So just paid INR 177 as a fee and took back my phone.Was speaking to a friend in the evening and casually told him about my phone going bad. He took my phone and did something with it. Wow, it started working.What is this service center for and what kind of diagnosis they do?Please never take your phone to this service center, you might end up spending a lot for nothing.

They couldnt put a screen protector properly on my galaxy phone for which they charged ₹800. The selfie camera is half blocked now and all my selfies are hazy. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional.

One of the best service centres of Samsung in this area. Staffs are good, cooperative and ready to solve the issues. Cleanliness is properly maintained also.

I had been facing restarting issue frequently with my 5months old samsung s9plus.I submitted my phone on 10th August and I was promised to get it back within 7days. I got my phone back after 12days. And when I reached home, my phone was having the same old issues. I dont know whether they have touched my phone or not within these 12days. Same old issues. Not resolved.

Although its good but they take a lot of time....is that a joke...just for changing charger cable I have to wait 3 hour...But one thing its good that its ambiance.If they tell you to put a cover class on your new phone by heat...then you must go for it..it costs around 600 but the price worth it..I am using it and its quite good..far far better than the 40 or 80 rupee....But just the problem is waiting time

Big space.Nice set up. Good reception but all , in my opinion, are just for show as in most cases spares are not available, even batteries are also not available.
