Terrible, pathetic, disgusting service... today is the 6th day of my complaint & still they keep on saying technician will visit today but not yet turned up till date. I am wondering after complaining this to the so called Manager namely Gauri Shankar Maity no one bothered to pay heed to this issue. This is not happening for the first time with me... happened many times earlier also. Even after their service and/or visit my machines on & off failing to work.. since April, 2019 every month my machines getting stucked twice or thrice... God knows how this company is providing service to their customers... day by day its going bad to worst.

Very Poor Service. Taking AMC from them was a big mistake. They do not give correct information over phone. Technicians are very few in number. They do not have parts with them. Even after 5 days of complain they keep on delaying the technician visit.

When you all need to sell your products you call and disturb us 20 times and when it comes to service not a single call and when a call will come will speak out sir please renew your service then only we can come to check out your problem.Periodic service in the first year is not given, what services can we expect after AMC.

I have Kent RO purchased and at present have AMC with them. But now their service is very poor. My RO machine alarm started beeping 5days ago, I booked a service with them immediately with them as this is part of service. But after 3days nobody visited my place and nobody bothered to give a call. Most of the time their phone is either engaged or not reachable, god knows how its possible with landline.I lodge a complain with Kent, they said as the AMC with NC sales so they cant do anything. Just think about their professionalism. Today I have escalated the issue with Kent Customer care, lets see what they do.People I know its long review but please read it before buying Kent Product specially from NC Sales. As of me Im not going to renew my AMC with them anymore not because of this incident only but ssme thing happend previously as well.

I have AMC with them for my Kent Grand Plus water purifier for the last 2 years. Their service is very prompt. Usually i get my RO serviced on the same day of lodging a request.But their technician dedicated for my area which is Kolkata 700032, is not interested in changing my carbon filter or other filters which are not changed since Feb 2015. That for nearly 2 years my filter have not changed but they are servicing and my RO apparently working well, though i am not sure about the quality of water. Thats why i am giving only 3, otherwise they worthy of getting 4.5 if not 5.I am sure it is not the Companys policy. Other wise u know its affects goodwill badly .Of late service is not as prompt as it was earlier. May be it is a one of experience and may be specific to my locality, 700032.But it affects!!!!

Terrible service ..it has been more than twenty days but they have still not resolved the problem despite of multiple calls

Very unprofessional service center, Employee have no manners how to talk even they take ur complaint it will take a week to resolve and main thing is that KENT RO COMPANY ITSELFa bad company how can someone give distributors ship to such delaer and service provider......,i have already file a case in consumer forum.
