Annual Maintenance Charges are too high. In 4 years the AMC exceeds the cost of the machines purchase price.

Service is good.The serviceman fails to turn up in time.

The worst service and product of Eureka Forbes is Aquasure Xpert. Either the technicians are not trained or product is a scrap. Repeated water issues over months. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT

Horrible service. I have been calling them for days for the service. No one has turned up yet. I have an amc which will end in december 2019, but when I called them they tell that my AMC has ended. They have none of my details as if I am not using their appliance. When its the time for AMC, its only then they recognise you. Disgusting, horrible, ridiculous customer service. I recommend no one to buy this product. If are buying then be sure that there might be days when you will get no drop of pure water to drink. I am suffering and hence I can tell everyone its not a good decision to buy water filters from here.
