A local dhobiwala is better than dhulaiwala..... Their service sucks.... They dont have any sense of responsibility.... They kept my clothes for 6 days and sent them back to me unwashed and with some extra strains... Their whole business runs on lie...If i would have option to give no star or negative star , I would give them. Would never suggest anyone to do business with them.

I gave my suit on February for dry cleaning and they promised me to return back on 2nd of March 2019.I started chasing them for my clothes from 2nd and they are ignoring it by saying you will get it tomorrow surely. On 8th I had a flight for Vizag to attend a marriage ceremony.On 7th they promised me to giv e me at airport at 9.am as the flight timing was 10.30am. In the morning they again started ignoring it. I argued and said to give my clothes as it is.They gave it at 9.30 am and it was not washed also.It was in the same condition as I gave it to them.They damaged my suit as black spots were appearing in my shirt and many more.I have heard that Dhulaiwala gives clothes on rental basis which comes for drycleaning also.Please dont give your clothes to Dhulaiwala.I have registered a case against them in Consumer Forum and it has been accepted also.I Hope that I can teach them a lesson .

Worst ever service and pathetic customer care, this is second time they missed my cloth and first time they able to get my cloths after 10 days and this time they said they cant find my cloth. It was a new shirt , which they shamelessly lost and appeared to collect money for other garments. I paid the full amount with good faith that I will be getting my shirt back. After 1 week , several mails , multiple calls I received a call from Ms. LATA KESHARI , and she claims to be from the team of dispute / claim settlement .She again took multiple days before getting back with calculated compensation as below :Total weight of cloth for cleaning = 4.7 KG(-)Total weight of cloth after cleaning = 4.5 KG=================================================Total weight of missing cloth = 200 gmCost for cleaning per KG = 75/-Cost of missing cloth = 75x(0.200) = 15/-Reimbursable amount (10 times of cost) = 10 x 15 = 150/-=================================================Friends it was a new Louis Philippe shirt and that was its first washing. I have been offered for 125/- not even the calculated amount of 150/- for a shirt of 2599/-, where as I paid more than double the amount for cleaning my cloths on that order.Please be careful , while giving cloths to Dhulaiwala.Points to mention. I have also found my pillow covers torn , T-shirts stained after cleaning, which has never prompted me to write a bad review.I am sorry but next time I will never ever dare to do this mistake again. This is a good lesson for me. Please have confidence on local laundry shops they have more ethics than these people.

I will suggest everyone to not to give your clothes to DHULAIWALA. The are just making false commitments to customer.READ THE WHOLE STORY BELOW:They deserve a rating below one star. I gave clothes for washing and ironing on 16/11/18 and havent received my clothes till now i.e 21/11/18 and company have the policy of returning clothes in 3 days.They never tell you the correct reason and give false excuses to delay the delivery.The customer care receives calls once in a blue moon and then here also they keep the customer waiting for long and finally disconnects the call.Seems like this company doesnt knows that customer grievances is one of the important parts.This type of company should never grow else the customers will only get harassed.Hope the company officials sees this post and realise there fault and improve the services.

Dear AllDo not use the service of dhulaiwala, very poor response from customer care. They are there to mislead u and they have nothing to help u out. Very pathetic and poor response. Does not deliver the garments on quoted time. And when u go to lodge complain and try to know ur garments status the will always misguide and in my case they switched off there number too.I m very much disappointed.

Didnt delivered my cloth in 1 month.I dont know what are looking for.

Would have given zero stars. I have given my Zara shirt to them on 29th June. Its been more than a month now, still i have not received my shirt. They are still stalling me with excuses. It is an extremely unprofessional behavior.

Worst service they are completely fraud

It is pathetic..they cheat people..burn their clothes and when you ask they will tell to take insurance of your clothes.They will take security deposit of Rs1000 and will not refund it...DONT GET F OOLED...
