The good reviews must be clearly paid because this place is the worst. Please avoid AT ANY COST! I gave an expensive saree which was a family heirloom for dry cleaning and got it back stained all over with green spots which have not been there before. After my complaint first they denied and then they took it back, kept it for TWO MONTHS and told me that nothing could be gone. They first tried to negotiate the compensation said they will pay 1400 and then they wanted to pay a compensation of 2800 (which is a joke considering the initial worth of the saree) but then will not return the saree. Then they offered to colour it but will not pay the compensation. What kind of customer service is this? They still have that Saree otherwise I would have included a picture.

Awful service...they always delay delivery by at least 14.days..nthe lady at the counter is totally unperturbed and most unprofessional behavior towards customers...

All the staffs are telling lies and spoiling the clothes intentionally. Behala manton store. We are requesting to everyone please avoid the store. The service is very poor. You may face more problems than me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!my Saree (which was a gift from my mother-in-law for my marriage) came back stained all over after the cleaning. GO TO ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE because at this place the staff and even the owner are incapable of their job, rude and unwilling to help.

The service has deteriorated.. For two Woolen t shirts it took more than a week.

Behavior is good and work is very fast

I put a single star as there is no provision for a ‘no star’! I shall never be able to wear my cardigan and blazer after your cleaning. The cardigan has become two sizes bigger and the blazer shrivelled and grossly deshaped. I have serious doubt if these were at all dry cleaned or washed at roadside and made to dangle in a hanger to dry. Incredibly lousy and damaging!Dr Sougata Halder

HORRIBLE SERVICE. i WENT TWO WEEKS BACK WITH A GOWN TO GET IT DRY CLEANED AND A COUPLE OF SAREES WITH A FRIEND. THERE WAS A LADY AND TWO MEN AT THE COUNTER, ENGAGED IN DEBATING WHETHER THEY CAN GET THE GOWN DONE ON PRIORITY OR NOT. WHICH IS OKAY. HOWEVER, THE MEN WERE VERY RUDE IN TALKING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT PAYMENTS, AND THEY DEMANDED RATHER THAN INFORMED 1400 RS FOR URGENT GOWN CLEANING. THE MEN WERE LEAST BOTHERED TO UNDERSTAND THAT A CUSTOMER WAS STANDING THERE AND TALKING ABOUT WHO WILL PAY THE TRAVEL CHARGES TO AND FROM THE DRY CLEANER TO WHEREVER THEY GET IT CLEANED IS SO NOT DONE. THEY SEEMED LEAST INTERESTED IN INFORMING ME AND MY FRIEND ABOUT THE SERVICES AND ONLY SPOKE ABOUT PAYMENT, AS THOUGH IT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED THEM. THEY WERE LEAST PROFESSIONAL TO SAY AND VERY UNCOURTEOUS, ESPECIALLY THE SECOND MAN WHO SAT ON A CHAIR STARING AT THE ROAD WHILE ANSWERING QUESTIONS A CUSTOMER ASKED. NO RESPECT AND NO DECENCY WHATSOEVER. I WONDER HOW ARE SUCH NINCOMPOOPS EVEN RECRUITED?

Undoubtedly the best laundry service in Behala.

Here I gave a silk saree for dry wash and they charged Rs 600 for one silk saree that is extreme, and that same saree charged 120 in Baghajatin Bandbox. Behala Manton Bandbox cheated people and when we asked about that what wash they had done they totally confused to say anything.... very bad experience
