Giving 1 star because there no 0.They dont pick up telephone. If you go in their office everytime they will say come again next week. They dont want to work at all.If you report an issue online, no one will respond to that. You wont know whether they are at all attending or not. After few hours they will close the issue. If you dont provide any update on the issue then remove the feature to raise issue.

Disgusting place, they dont do any work at all. They always harass people. I was harassed by them several times. They are only wasting taxpayers money ..

Service of WBSEB is worst like any thing. In a day more than 10 times there is no power at Garia Mahamayatala, Laskarpur area. More over the land line number given not at all working. They have mobile application for complain but no response from customer service, automatically they have closed all complain in their own. I urge state govt CESC service would be much better, our electronic goods hampered due to such fluctuation, though their per unit charge is similar with other service provider

Most cadaverous department of west bengal. Most inefficient department. Nowadays having power is like being lucky , most of the time there is power cut in Bansdroni area. Even they do not take complaint.

Over 6 hours with no service.This is propostrous, as a student I have missed 2 online classes and I have my NEETs in a couple of monthsWhen I call the numberNo one picks up.

There is no way in heaven that you can make these people answer a call to let them know your electricity related issues, let alone solve those.

Location is good, well connected by bus and auto. It has 2 counter beside a automatic machine to pay the electric bill. Staff behaviour is good.Bit busy
