The services provided are quite fast, depending on if you have an agent or not (most do). Also, arrive quickly, in case you want to apply for a LL or DL, about 45 minutes before your time slot. Lot of patient waiting in queues is regular and normal here.

Went for DL issue, was appalled to see the latgargic behaviour of operators there, which actually is a default behaviour at mostly all public service offices. I stood in que after hardly 20 people and doing only 2 procedures (1-getting photo clicked,45-60 secs and 2- giving online test,10 questions × 30 secs = 5mins) took me around 1.30 hrs. Terrible experience.

RTO officer openly told me to give 1000rs for approval a driving licence, when I denied and told that I will raise a complaint against you the rto officer told me do whatever you can do.Officer name is Mani.

Staffs are not cooperative.

Service now better than before. Every informations available over there on walls.You can now pay various taxes online. Thats the great facilities they made. For new car registration theres no long ques and you need not to wait for long.Even theres separate line arrangement for senior citizens. Thanks to Governments Department.

Its a huge cool place where i have completed my car certification of fitness. It doesnt take too much time. Its 5 mnts from ruby more in eastern metropolitan bypass

An ordinary vehicles department just like other offices. But the workers here work swiftly which takes less time to complete the works.. Many buses , cab and other commercial vehicles come here to renew their Certificate of Fitness. Also many people come to learn driving here....

I was there for my car mv tax but I didnt carry the exact amount of cash so they didnt accept any card and when I come back it was 2o cloack he took lunch time for more than an hour.Ihour.I complaint there senior in the office but he was saying you cant tell us how much time he will take for lunch or not.They work too much so wait in line as you were doing.why only cash..if government will not be digital than why to request the private firm.

Why put rong number in RTO office

I get my Vikrant V15 master card from here. For me the experience is good as the person to whom I gone for the purpose is good people. I arrived at 4.30 pm, still they give me my vechile master card at the earliest.

Head staff are so rude (Mr ganguli) , they dont help you to understand anything, all are ghuskhor if I need your work fast plz go with dalal .

Sometimes feels as for what this people are paid. Kolkata has 3 proper Pvd beltala wb02 series alipore wb20 22 etc and Here WB06 series are being registered. But the way they work is really painful for common man. Very poor service

Fair of brokers and flatterers. No cooperation can be expected without brokers. There is no provision of information, nothing is given anywhere in writing. The rude use of staff and the exchange of vulgar language.Even after paying 1240 rupees, there is no politeness in sitting in a chair and talking. The final seat of the whimsical fifteen.You cannot take your own car while issuing a driving license. A car with clutch and brakes on both sides (driving school car) is a must (although not written anywhere) and the department does not even have its own training car. The school car has to be rented for 300 rupees only for a three minute test (no bill will be charged for this). Everything is going on at the tip of the inspectors nose.
