Very excellent place with topclass service & most reasonableprices. The whole building,shops, toilets are very clean,spotless & well maintained. Theair inside the building is veryfresh with a nice smelleverywhere.

South City Pantaloons is one of the best places if you are searching for good quality dress. It has many brands and the stock quality is quite amazing. The staffs are well behaved and helpful.

May not be the top store in Pantaloons chain but quite spacious, good stock holding. Little costly but average+ income group can afford. Offering gift vouchers against different slab purchase value which is attractive but validity for the vouchers are too little, only for 28 days.

Pantaloons is great. But cashiers are bit rude. He judged a customer saying him Aged just because the customer protested for making people in a long line for billing until 11pm.

Collection is sometimes good and sometimes worst but the thing is the good collection prices of brands are very much expensive. It is the fashion destination in Kolkata. There are clothes for all type of people. There is a huge selection of brand for children, women, and men. All the leading brand of cosmetic are also available. There lifestyle section is also not bad. The staffs are more or less friendly. Best time to shop is in the first hour as it is not busy and best offers are during their sale which is during any festive occasion. It is very well arranged shop. The company has brought almost all the world famous clothing brands.

I visit here more often. My Overall experience is good. But last time when I visited the John Miller section, the staff was really very rude. He insisted us to buy a shirt that doesnt have any price tag in it. When we refused, he behaved inappropriately.

The staff in the billing counter of Pantaloons South city mall outlet was so slow that the billing took more time than shopping. Product variety is good but staffs are absolutely horrible in behavior and skill. Kindly give training to your staffs how to deal clients. It was looking like as if they will be awarded if they are slow and sluggish.

Good ambience , lots of offer , no question asked on retriving coupons . But a little bit background music like by Lata ji, kishore ji especially by Hemanta , Manna would be better . And some places to sit inside it . I would give 5 on 5 . Gave 2 just to draw attention .

Collection is good. However, the staff needs to work on a few things. We didnt receive the bill on sms after it was billed. When we went to the customer service, we got to know that a different item was billed manually that had the same cost due to which we were unable to return the product later.

Great collections. Very little assistance from the sales persons who mostly try to avoid the customers. A better customer-friendly arrangement would have made shopping here a truly pleasant experience. At present its rather labored and exhausting for the shoppers and surely not very pleasant.

If you target for Pantaloons, then please help yourself with Independent showrooms, prices are generally high. They take your clothes themselves to alter, and without keeping the proper proportion they cut it themselves and refuses henceforth to any support. They did the same with my 6k suit. Finally they said sorry sir its our sales-persons mistake but we cannot refund or exchange .

Pantaloons always provide offers to their customers. They give 10 to 50 percent discount in most of the merchandise. There is a wide variety of fashionable clothes of many brands. Its a multi brand store which makes your shopping easy and smart. The quality of clothes is just excellent. There also many brand outlets for cosmetics and perfumes.Even they has separate sports section...

One of my favourite places to do shopping. They have done excellent job during covid times through thermal checking at entrance. However I would have been happier if they implemented mask policy more forcefully. I have found a few unmasked customers at the shop during my visit and drawn attention to staff. But they were reluctant to take any initiative in this regard. Probably they didnt want to lose customer due to strict mask policy.

You can get men women kids clothing here. Good affordable rate. Sometimes you can get good offers there

Pantaloons shop is a must visit shop as you get a variety of dress materials at a reasonable price. Two floors, one for children and females and one for male related clothes. However, items which are sold at discount are not that much good.
