I came to naturoveda for my knee problem after 8 days I am well and dr teams are very good

I took my father to this centre for the treatment of piles of my father. His ID no. is Bh-517252/NWB. After taking super expensive medicines for the past one month prescribed by Dr. Praveen Jha, his condition has not been improved. I have seen many advertisements of Naturoveda. Are those fake or paid advertisements? Now it seems to me that I have taken a wrong decision by going to Naturoveda.They take time to answer the positive reviews. But they dont care to respond my complaints.
