This outlet of wow momo is located in the open area of CC2 ground floor. The staff is generous and well behaved. My kids loved the Chicken moburg (burger with Momos). It was really great. The pan fried Momos also taste good, particularly since they spice it up with choice of sauces. The moburg offer was great, two for Rs 139.

Fried rice was sticky & totally tasteless, chilly chicken was hard as rock and spicy as hell when I have specifically requested to make it less spicy. The soup did not have any pieces of chicken in it, but as far as I know I have ordered for chicken noodle soup. Absolutely dreadful quality. No one should ever buy from this place ever.

This place is a disgrace in the name of momos. Overpriced garbage. Just one word to describe this chain - DISGUSTING.

Nice and tasty momo. Crispy fried momos at affordable price. My favourite from here is the tandoori momo & chicken cheese fried momo. Must try these momos. A nice blend of spice and cheese. Must try food if you visit any wow momo outlet.

It was superb in taste with awesome flavours.Most recommended.Do visit Wow! Momo and have pan fried momos for sure!

Worst Service by store. The person named Avijit refused to serve me at 7:50pm owing to closure and took the last order at 8:10pm. When asked he said its his wish. Very bad.

Momos served in the outlet are really delicious ..however the staff behaviour was not satisfactory...they should be taught how to deal with the customers when it is much crowded..

We tried Thukpa, chicken Manchurian and chicken momo from their two side by side stalls here. Not satisfied with the quality of the food served. Expected better taste and quality from this brand after seeing their advertisement all over the places.If you are expecting authenticity please do not visit this place. Very disappointed specially with the Thukpa. The taste was so bad. Wont recommend. I found better quality momos from the roadside vendor selling food outside the mall.

I visited city centre 2 recently and felt like going to wow china next to wow momo. After having observed the staff from a distance not wearing gloves or mask, I confronted the chef there and asked him if hes cooking without wearing a mask. He argued that he has to take off the mask for tasting the food. I replied back to him saying : you could wear the mask while cooking and pull it down for tasting rather than keeping your mask down throughout the process of cooking. He kept arguing that it is not possible. He was clesrly putting my life at risk and many others who were eating at that outlet.I asked him why other staff members are not wearing their masks as theyre not tasting the food. He said something not very convincing. The other staff members quickly wore their masks as soon as they saw me but no one was seen wearing gloves, not even the chef. I told him that youve lost loyal customer today. He didnt seem to care about wow momo and wow Chinas reputation while saying that to me. My family member was accompanying me and they saw him saying abusive words to me and cussing continuously behind my back.This is totally unprofessional and I would not be returning to wow momo or wow China in the future as the staff is not taking this coronavirus pandemic seriously. I am professionally a chef so dont tell me : thats how it should be. Thanks!

On the day of 14th of February both of us planned to have Momo from here and surprisingly we got a combo offer there which not only filled our tummy but also made us happy again with their quality and quantity of food but one thing is regrettable that the steamed momos were finished by the evening so we had to order its fried variant. However,it was also good by the taste.

Went there early morning for a movie show and they werent open at 10 yet....Had to wait for an hour to receive my food. Felt that the staff was getting irritated and was not willing to open up so soon. The momo was good, forgot which one i did order but the taste was good. Just the behaviour wasnt satisfactory.

From a fan of wow Momo. Staff behavior was very bad. Ordered a Chocolate Momo and it was smashed and they were refusing to even add chocolate, was pathetic in taste. There was a discrepancy in the bill too which they refused to admit or resolve. Not at all like the usual Wow Momo outlets.

Meal items are not available most of the days..poor customer handling, quality becomes worst during pick time.

Horrible experience. First of all for baked momo and tandoor momo I had to wait for more then 30 minutes. Then they actually burned the momo and tried to convince me its fine. So, after convincing they changed the tandoor momo.

Hygienic, convenient yet overpriced. You can get yummier Momo anywhere else in Kolkata (try Ecospace Momos 😜)

Horrible food. I would prefer to give a 0 star instead of 1 if there would be any option. Today I ordered Veggie and Chicken steamed momos in the evening. The Veggie momos stuffing are completely staled.They are smelly and gooey. The chicken momos are not as so much horrible as the veggies, however they are spoiled as well . I completely ruined my taste palate by eating those. So just do some favor to the food and dont eat them.

Chicken cheese normal and fried both are delicious. If you visit you must eat from them. It is on the ground floor. Once you enter go straight and look on the right side.

Best place for Momos. Specially loved chicken steamed and panfried Momos. You can also try the chocolate one. Recently kebab Momos and burger is also available.

Just loved their qualities they are the real momos maker their branches r everywhere and even at metro stations their all. Branches have very nice momos awesome place to take out hunger.... My star is rating is for taste only. I had ordered paneer momo and it tastes average. The service is pathetic as I kept me waiting for 25mins. But servicing the non-veg item fast. I have been to other wow momo outlets but this one is a thing.

I just ordered Momos the sauce was tasting very bad I think it was spoiled and I ordered mushroom Momos seeing the colour of the Momo I didnt feel like eating I still tasted it was horrible I think they gave me stale food.
