Worst customer service very harsh while dealing with complaints. I bought kochi patha 1 kg , in order description it says less fat. But I received meat with 300 gm fat which is unacceptable.when I made complain they are very unprofessional to deal with the situation and telling me not going to serve me any more on my pin code. Should I worry about that? Very pathetic! Why Kolkata meat don’t put in description how much percentage of fat is going to be in meat , whereas Customercare now telling me 30% fat but it says less fat.This is kind of cheating customers. Customers should have clarification what they getting.

Worse experience!!! Paid for tiger prawns, delivery was meant to be on 27th July 2020. Did not happen, was promised that it would be done on 28th July before 12 30pm. In the past fortnight weve placed orders twice and the deliveries have been well handled. The packaging is excellent and I was especially impressed with the care taken for packing the eggs. The prawns have been of uniform size, the cuts of chicken and mutton (goat) are clean and well made. Wed recommend this service and will continue place more orders.The mobile app for Android could do with a bit of improvements. Id say that is the only friction in the entire process of selecting and creating an order.

They keep making tall claims but there’s absolutely pathetic customer service. Had placed an order and received no confirmation on product specification and cutting options. I had to start a chat to which instead of addressing to my concern, the executive starts blaming me instead. To my surprise, the executive calls me (I think they have only one employee) and starts misbehaving that how can I call their service poor. They sell a 500 gm item and the same item at 1.1 kgs at the same price, and if customer wants to opt for higher weight, they will say they have only lower weight. If customer wants to give feedback, they start misbehaving. I was even told that I am not required as a customer since they have better customers. The executive named Sumit spoke such type of nonsense that I’m appalled at how they intend to run an online retail with such unacceptable customer service. I used there service for quite some time. Products are very much over-priced. Quality is average, not as they promise. Most probably they acquire the products from the market and send it via their own delivery boys. They can get 5 star only in their delivery. During demand phase they just surge up their product price abnormally despite of availability of those product in the market. In my opinion - NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS HOUSE AT ALL.

Finally I could get in touch with the team through chat who confirmed that the delivery will be done today. When it is booked within a timeslot and considering the booking may be have some other schedules, what kind of response is it will be delivered today?. On enquiring , they said it will get delivered within 1 hr from now and it was got delayed due to rain at Howrah. It is surprising that the slot was for 4 hours and the company did not get time in these 4 hours to update the customer on the delay. The help line number is not responding and the chat window says we are available 24/7 rather than accepting athe importance of a proactive communication incase of delay.Responses and approaches are truly unprofessional.. such services should be avoided.The above last update was at 4.35 PM. Just now I got a call at 5.05 pm confirming that the order is calceled and they will refund my money.. it is a pathetic service and I believe it is even not trustworthy.. pls be aware while you are ordering through this site.

Would have rated them zero if possible. Hopeless first time experience of ordering. Order ID 16232 dt. 21.03.2020 was delivered around 11 pm on 21.03.2020 and no feedback on the inordinate delay. Mutton priced@ 1000 per kg was of hopeless standard and quality besides over priced. Wouldnt cook and could not be consumed at all . It was a waste of time and money Probably stuff was from an old animal. Over hyped, over priced and poor quality stuff. Almost like a cheap imitation of its competitor. Poor backend and no customer service at all. Avoid like a plague.

I had purchased some products for approximately 1130Rs on 24th May which was to be delivered by 26th May 9 pm. Even after following up at 10:30 the delivery boy calls up and says he will need 30 mins more to reach my address. I told him that I have ordered this for my parents who are both senior citizens and its not possible for them to come down from 5th floor and walk upto the complex gate so late at night asked them to deliver the next day. On 27th May at around 1Pm the fish was delivered and from the moment delivered it was stinking. I had not ordered tiger prawns but it was given to me instead of the prawn i ordered and it was so stale that it had to be thrown away.Then I immediately initiated a chat with customer care on 27th itself and complained I told them that i dont need any refund but I didn’t expect stale fish to be delivered. Even the catla delivered was not fresh . They started giving me stories about govt Organization and it will be tested in lab etc. I said ok then we will give you this product you replace it with fresh stuff. They agreed and said it will be replaced on 28th morning. We waited then i again called customer care when no one turned up . They said on 29th it will surely be delivered. Again on 29th no one turned up. So now when i am initiating the chat i can see they are online but no one is responding to me.I just wanted to know because I have never faced this before is this a new kind of fraud, like take people’s money and then don’t even have the courtesy to respond back. If you need money please ask for charity don’t cheat people atleastFrom the first day I am saying I dnt need refund i am complaining because the product is not fresh , they promised me to replace and now they are bullying customers. Moreover, people order food item to eat because of this covid they cannot go put much and there are sick and senior people who live alone like in my case. So if you provide them stale items they will fall more sick eating it. How horrible and fraud can this be.
