There is really nothing new to say about KFC food. Chicken was good just as it should be. But this outlet has a nice ambience inspite of the place being not very big. I particularly liked the red chairs. Overall same old finger licking KFC experience.

This is one of my most favourite outlets of KFC. It hires people with special abilities, hence promoting an equal opportunity model. The staff is very polite and the food is well prepared.

The food was great as usual. The joint is spacious unlike the one at Garia, but the window side AC was not working.We didnt have to wait much, the service was prompt.

Loved d spicy chicken but d only thing which I think want to bring to attention is that it should hv been mentioned on d packet in which they had packed d chicken that it is inflammable bcoz as soon as I put it in d micro to heat it, it caught fire. So it should be mentioned on d packet.

The foods are best nd sitting area are also gd but the only wrong thing is shortage of washroom nd washbasins

The gariahat KFC is quite good. The place is decorated and furnished quite intelligently and innovatively. Also the staff is good and helpful. They try to serve food as fast as they can . Im not much fond of KFC personally. But I love chicken popcorn, burgers & crushers. In this particular outlet the food was okay for me. What I didnt like about this place was the improper management of staffs about cleaning the tables. And there was a huge queue at the payment counter which was disappointing.

This kfc branch is thier own separate outlet, experience their amazing cozy decor, fantastic ambience. Lovely place it was & the famous 129 ₹ isnt available, I dunno why they didnt gave a clue about it though.

Well KFC has never disappointed me with their food. Now I was pretty excited about this new branch of KFC in gariahat which I cake across through contest hosted by Shilpi Saha (Di) and I was indeed excited. They have a well designed interior which I found to be pretty inspiring. We were presented with a kitchen tour which certifies the purity of their recipe and chicken. The follow up several rules in the kitchen hence its completely hygienic. That day we order KFC bucket. And it was delicious. Well that didnt make me stop. I pounced their one more time and had this snack box. The contents were fresh , service was good and the food was great. Indeed it was finger licking good!

Visited this outlet of KFC during a visit to Kolkata. Google maps led us to the outlet, which we would never have found ourselves as it is hidden away on the first floor of a building which itself is hidden by the semi permanent structures of the street vendors who seem to block all the pavements in Kolkata.The KFC outlet itself had the standard layout with the seating area in an L shape. Plenty of room was available. We chose a table overlooking the street and were pleasantly surprised to see a Chess tournament going on in an cordoned off area under the Gariahat flyover. This is something which you will not see in any other part of India.We had value for money meals for 2 with chicken burgers/fries/ Pepsi plus some fried chicken. Surprisingly the meal was brought to our table by the staff.The furniture was a bit battered and did not seem to be sanitized as per Covid SOP. A temperature check was done when we entered the outlet.

Ive frequented this place quite a number of times. Most of the time they are pretty good.But last week they said that theyd run out of Grilled Chicken. So they asked me to go to the Lake Mall outlet. But turned out even that outlet did not have Grilled Chicken.I dont know what that deal is now with this. Supply issues or something, I dont know. But this is so so sad for me.

The restaurant is located on the first floor inside the complex and its a bit aloof. There was proper sanitisation and thermal screening of each and everyone . The place was also very neat and clean well maintained the sitting area was also very tidy . The staffs were very cooperative, overall it was a nice experience and we will definitely go there again

This outlet of KFC in Gariahat is easily accessible. Its near Gariahat Crossing beside Reliance Trends. The best thing about this branch of KFC is its uniqueness. It differs from all the KFC counters you find in the shopping malls and its a place you would love to sit and have your food.The ambience of this place is so soothing with great posters and designs all over the place. Its quite a big space and I really loved those high chairs there.Also I tried the 5-in-1 longer meal box which costed Rs. 169+GST. Its a pretty reasonable price for the food and the service they provided.The staffs were extremely polite and courteous. In my review I would give this place a 5 star rating.

27th APRIL, 2020.We ordered hot and crispy chicken , chicken strips and zinger burgers through online delivery. Our experience with KFC has always been a pleasing one. But with regret, the food quality was extremely disappointing. Chicken smelled very foul and the strips were very dry...Burger buns were stale,the burger was inedible. The food tasted sour and stale. Had to trash the food. Kindly look into the matter.Very disappointing experience,a first with KFC. This is highly contrary to the Value-for -money experience KFC offers.
