Long waiting for hours on end almost every day.One Plus seems to be only interested in their new models.If you have a well maintained but old model giving you some sort of trouble....well then, their suggestion is to trash it 🙄🙄

They never pickup there calls and give excuses of their landline being dead even their sales store executive have said they are not bothered to pickup the calls of theirs customers in spite of their sales team informing them several times visited their service center twice one day it was closed without being any public holiday in weekdays and on saptami reached their store at 3pm so they said at that time screen cannot be replaced though the service center was opened till 5pm in the evening previously also did got my handset screen replaced in not more than 1 hour 15 minutes time worse customer service didnt expect this behaviour

Store is excellent, collection is good enough.Sales staffs are not experienced, you will definitely missing a good guidence from them.

They took my phone for 8 days and after that they called and told me that parts are not available for your phone. That type of service OnePlus is giving to customer nowadays.

I have lived in Kolkata park street for 9 years..I am very happy to know that one plus store is now in park street...I visit the store 29th august for 1st time and bought one plus nord on 30th august..All Stuff behavior so good..Special thanks to the stuff Mrs Neha Sharma....Hope the store remaining for a long time❤️

All One plus users and prospective buyers, read it carefullyIn Kolkata one plus has only two service centers. This one is one of them. I think they dont have sufficient service engineers and waiting time for repair is too long. For repair or replacement of any parts will take minimum 1month. So keep one more set ready if you are buying or bought oneplus 😀Service center phone number will be never picked up, you can try but you have to go there physically to ask any question.Place is over crowded and service center will open at 11am, but try to reach by 10am as only first 50 will get golden chance or else high chance that you may come back with broken phone again 😀Coming to location, it is easy accessible and staffs are well mannered. And I have realized that they understand the pain of customers but they are helpless.Finally I regret, why I bought oneplus.

Excellent cooperative ambience and communication. Helpful, but though I bought a Nord 2, and previously a OnePlus 8, both times, I didnt get the Colour I wanted. If something is on Display, and not in Stock... heartbreaking.

They are very Cooperative but the service is slow that just because of covid what they say, but the behaviour and service they provide is good.

My experience was not so good I went to the store as I am having problem with my charging portal however the people over there told me that I will have to keep my phone there for 1 month only after that they will be able to state my problem. Since, I have this phone only so I am having problem. Didnt expect this kind of service from them.

Worst service. Strongly recommend not to buy any oneplus product. Faced horrible experience with my new oneplus 9r. Got unserviceable only after one month of purchase. Submitted the phone for repair on 30.7.21.Till date, no response from their side. They dont even pick up the phone.Horrible and pathetic experience.

THE EXPERIENCE store displays one plus Mobile devices along with covers , TVs and other various accessories provided by OnePlus . At this Time they have OnePlus 8 series , OnePlus Nord and OnePlus 9pro as display unit , after 1st April whole OnePlus serieswill be there..

I am a regular customer of this store today I contact Mr sujoy who is a sales person of this store to buy one plus nord 2 also asked till what your store will remain open he told me to reach before 8:45 so I went there before time to buy the product while doing card transaction somehow my card were having some problem so I asked Mr purnendu Chanda to give me some so that I can arrange another card but he was not ready for that he asked me to leave the store and come tomorrow repeatedly I was begging with him please give some time just for a moment I went to collect card from outside also request them not to close the I will just go and come in a minute with card by the time I returned to store to collect the product Mr prosenjit biswas refused to pull the shutter and asked to come tomorrow I was begging with them make it today only my customer is waiting since long time how can I go empty after keep waiting her for so long but both of them never bother for a sale such kind of salesman behaviour never seen in my life I felt helpless then I decide to take help from ex colleagues Mr Pritam Paul called him up finally he help me out to get product in such a crisis eventually I got the product with the help of Pritam special thanks to you Bro.This people will never understand the importance of salesSale toh khud hi ho jaata because of brand image.

Very unprofessional. Bad Experience. Not expected from a company like ONEPLUS. They are least bothered to entertain the customer. They have an odd timings for customer care service which they had not mentioned in their website. They dont even deal with the customers politely.

Very poor service. It was overcrowded which shows the volume of users facing with issues of this brand. There were very very limited sitting space and high wait time upto 1.5 hrs. Really disappointed with the experience. Everyone looked so exhausted and frustrated.

I just purchased a OnePlus 8t yesterday (09.07.2021). The sales person Ms Nandini was very helpful and polite. She goes the extra mile to ensure that customer is fully satisfied with the experience and service that they offer. Another sales person Mr. Purnendu who was at the billing counter was only bothered about closing the store on time and did not bother about the customers overall experience. He repeated multiple times that the store had to be closed. I asked him to call the manager for a request I had but instead he went to the manager directly and spoke to him on my behalf when I had clearly mentioned him that would personally like to talk to him. Mr. Purnendu if you only think about closing the store on time and not going the extra mile like Ms. NANDINI then I think you need pull your socks. Kudos to Nandini..you are an amazing employee who deserves appreciation..Mr.Purnendu please improve this quality of yours. Overall a good experience at the store..well maintained and clean store.

Mismanagement at its best. No maintenance and crowd control. A person has to write their names and are asked to stand and wait for his turn, and as a result there are too many people waiting with no place to sit or stand comfortably without flouting covid regulations.

Worst experience ever provided by Mr Kamal Das at the store. He promised to have a phone at the store and asked me to come within few time but as we arrived he said that the model is not available. This was of complete harasment. I strongly recommend not to provide any such false hope.
