The little tiled space to enjoy the sunset sitting beside river Ganga is heavenly. But yeah, of course, you wont be alone there or cant enjoy talking to your date in seclusion. There are people around you at any time of the day and mostly local rogues which kinda kill the ambience.

Launch Ghat is Good.I went with my Uncle. Everyone was standing there talking to their friends. And the people coming and going were going from here to there by the ship of water. That is a good place to hang out.

This is the place where you can avail the ferry to Chinsura.. namely chuchura.i have already taken the photo of ferry timings from Naihati to Chinsura.Well it is situated by the side of Ganges river near Naihati.The ferrys are specious,well maintained.And you will get life jackets and sea survival accessories.

Nothing to complain here. A ferry departs almost every 10-15 mins. Fare is ₹6 (not much), plus to get to see the beautiful Ganges up close ❤️

This is my place but still it should be more clean n clear . It has too much crowd. I think people should maintain the distance to eachother

* One of the important public transportion in the area *This ferry service connects two vital cities which are Naihati in North 24 parganas and Chinsurah in hooghly district on different bank of river Ganges. This busy ferry service takes about 5-10 mintues to cross the river in respect of tidal changes. The ticket fare for the same is just Rs. 6 per person. Motorbikes and cycles are also allowed for extra fare.

The service is pretty good. Ferries are frequent. 6 rs for one way.

I loves the service & the time gap btw two launch is not so much thats why the time requires to cross the river is not so much overall satisfying service ❤

Good service. But now dont use life jackets while travel. It is not safe for river crossing for Chunchura.

This is the easiest way to go Chinsurah from Naihati. You have to buy a ticket with only 6 rupees for a one way journey. The boats are so clean.And life jackets are provided to all. The service continues till 11 pm at night. And the service doesnt stop in any occasion, So very good service. It only stops if the weather is not good enough or because of storm. Its a safe journey.

Buy a ticket, hop on ferry and youre taken across river. Be sure not to throw the ticket as it is checked on the other side. Ticket price is Rs. 6 as of now (22.07.21) and is regulated by the government.

Naihati Ferry ghat & its services is the best way to reach Chuchura ghat.

Nice place. This ferry service connects Naihati and Chuchura (Chinsurah) ferry ghats. Very fast ferry service. Total 3 boats are operated in this route to eliminate any type of delay. In every 15 minutes, you will get a ferry to cross the river. Ticket fair is only 6/- per head as in January,2020. The boats are very strong and have a capacity to carry 100+ people at a time so dont panic. Just enjoy the mesmerizing view of Ganges specially at the time of sunset.

I would like share my experience by informing you guys that I totally liked the environment around this place. Although the place is congested and very crowdy yet you can visit here. But I recommend not to try the puchka shop where you have the option to take different flavoured water. I went there after my tuition. I liked it. Its hardly 10min distance from Naihati station. Goodbye❤️

The worst thing about this place is people smoke here publicly. You know a lot people go there. Some for work, some after the work, for the relief of the work, some with their loved ones & some with the memories of their loved ones and it effects a lot to non-smoker person. When they come to feel the Gangetic environment, that free air on their face, they cant smell the water anymore. Only what they smell that is ganja, cigarette, biri and all. You smoke. Thats not a bad thing. But please dont smoke at public place. Please dont ruin that Gangetic environment.

An okay-ish hangout spot. But not much place to sit and a little crowded

I have to use this thats why I use it, staffs have a really poor behavior, they very impolite at times, very slow at giving you tickets (might miss a boat because of thier tardiness) its like they doing you a favour. Boats are seldom cleaned, overloaded with bikes and people during peak time, I would really like an alternative than use their service. Only good thing is that, they are punctual.
