Have visited this place to get my Baleno car 2nd service done. Very nice team of professionals. Modern workshop where you can get your car serviced. Service was done within time they promised. Reach there in the first half and try to avoid weekend. Kudos to the team.

Went there with a navigation problem on infotainment device for the Android auto application and they really couldnt provide a resolution. They suggested to detach the camera (which I had installed at the rear bumper above the number plate for parking assistance) from the infotainment system and try again.they also said if it still doesnt work we need to bring it back to them so they can take apart the infotainment system and send it to Samsung. That process would take 7 to 10 days and our car would run without any music system all that while.

They are just awesome . Staff behaviour ( politeness) , service, washing cleaning . Had a great time there . One of the best service center i have ever visited . The service centre is located on a kuccha road ahead of Hyundai Service. There is no road signs and the location of Starburst Motors as shown in Google maps is wrongly marked.Advisable to call up and check directions or search for Maruti Service Rajarhat.

Its the newly opened service centre for car and two wheelers. People come from far to take services.

Pretty decent workshop, I deducted 1 star coz of finishing, they used normal red cloth to dry the car rather than proper micro fiber towel, also I had to mention imperfections while delivery which is in a way alright and not that much serious.... Rest all professional staff... Can checkout

I have no complaints about this service center The car worked well But one thing I noticed And Im sure At least 7 to 8 liters of petrol was taken out of my car If this happens from an authorized Maruti Suzuki service center, there is nothing more to say I have reported the matter to the service center but no response has been received yet I submitted the car at 15/07/ 2021 and took delivery 26/07 /2021..

Relatively less crowded, staff is co-operative and helpful to give honest suggestions. Service availed so far good. Might need to grow their marketting and professional presence in the area. Overall good.

I went there for my car repair and insurance. I was more than happy by their prompt, efficient and timely service.

Nice place near rajarhat for maruti suzuki car servicing.

Honest people, my car was immobile for 2 years and then when I got them for service, easily they could have charged me with all sorts of replacements, but they took the car on their own , did many test drives, confirmed that it is in good condition and just took the basic service charge and regular replacements cost.
