Terrific place be aware of those executive with sweet words, they just know how to make ur bike service charges grow higher.

This place is in Topsia, just behind Sunflower bldg. Shutters up at 9-30 am. Even if you come at 9am and is the first person registering for ur bike service, u need to be ready to be there at least 3 hrs for the service to be done. As far as the service is concerned, it is not standard. Some days they work on it bike pretty effectively and on other days, u need to get along with whatever they term as service. Basically you need to be lucky with the mechanic your bike is sanctioned to for service. You dont have too many choices as the service centres are very limited in numbers and u have to make do with whatever is available.

The staffs needs to be more organized in terms of taking and alloting the booking for customers. The mechanics seems to be more disciplined and they carry out their responsibilities pretty well.

Kind of OK ok as one gets all parts easily available compared to other Bajaj service center, But whats the point in getting it if due care is taken by the mechanic to fit that good way. I would recommend purchasing but fitting should be in other service center.

The workshop is at a awkward place. Service is appreciable; and they check for any complains on post service day. People are very much friendly, playful, active and helpful. Service quality is satisfactory, which they used to do with all modern( as available in India) equipment and machines. They also very sincere with all the customers, who visited regularly.

Great service. A bit crowded n busy all the time. Mechanics are good and efficient. Although the best time to go and get your vehicle serviced is in the morning.

On 11th January, I did an AMC paid service..( Its a package where they will do 4 services with a little discount on spare parts and labour charges.) but the on my 1st AMC service was a bit expensive fine.. But this time on my 3 service it crossed it limits.. Spare parts costs me around 2k but the entire labour they charged me 4k..isnt it too much... I think Im being cheated.Below i have attached the splitted billed charged for spare parts and labour for every arts they charged me for labour I think there is something fishy.

Pathetic service. They do not completely do their work. They call you and still you have to roam around to get your work done. They completely change after free service. The manager Abhijeet Bhattacharya is the most illetarate man I mean how can such a man be made manger. He is very disgusting and fake.

Had given my PULSAR NS200 for its 1st service.. after serving when got delivery of my bike lucky noticed that they have not washed the lower portions and mud was there.Went back in again and got it done.Mainly disliked cause after 1st service my bike started having vibrations which was not there before..Really disappointed that why had given for servicing had got the mobile changed by outside simply.

Poor service...behavior of staff also bad. I dont know why the authority not taking any action. I had visited with my friend customes complaining on the desk...the lady on the desk answering rudely to the customers....too bad experience for customer service.

One of worst Service Centre in Kolkata. I am giving this review after taking 11-12 services.1.Service quality is very poor. most of the time they left some major flaws which may lead to accident if unattended(In my case it happened 2 times).2. They Charge a lot of money.3.Even If you complain to their manager and Owner, No action is taken.4. staff are very casual.5. For one problem you may have to visit 2-3 times.

Very difficult to locate. The Receptionist is not able to tell you properly where the Showroom is if you call the Office.It is not located on the Main Road. Rather it is located somewhere very interior of a poor locality.Do not trust Google Maps as it leads you to the Back Side of the Showroom.To go the Front Side, it is a herculean task.Also the showroom servicing is poor.If you come here for your 1st servicing then they will destroy the tuning of your bike.Along with that they will make it compulsory to replace the company provided Engine Oil with Bajaj Engine Oil else the warranty will be void.Bunch of cheats. Cant even clean the bike properly. Beware of scratches.

I found the people working here are skillful and good mannered.Two times I have went there for servicing of my Dominer. They were quite helpful and checked the issues thoroughly.

Bajaj is a good brand in India but location of the garage is most congested and unhealthy area specially who has dust allergy. Need to be maintained properly at least in summer water should be sprinkled in every hour just to reduce the dust

I Faisal Hossain putting a complaint against Bajaj bike service center. Facing a problem on my new bike which is pulsar 150cc Neon and. I went to Bajaj auto service center which is located near my location (80/1 Millar nagar topsia road kolkata 700046) I went there many times but they are not able to resolve my bike issues and it was my first service only which I did through. Even after a first service only the problem which I had on my new bike it has not been solved yet.And I a very bad experience from the Bajaj auto service center. Even the manager he is not able to find the problem which.I am facing on my new bike

They are really helpful. I needed to fix the footrest of my avenger 220 and they were the only ones to have the spare stocks. Most importantly they were quick enough to fix my problems.

As you move from the 1st free service to the 3rd free service. The quality of the service detoriates a lot. The advisor i got in the first and second servicing was very helpfull. But now the guys themself are not sure about things. Use the services of this service station at ur own risk

One of the bad places ever visited. Bunch of cheaters... My bike had no problems when I gave for servicing but the problem came after the servicing. And they were about to charge 2000 but I refused and done the same thing from outside for 100.

Its a very pathetic service center, I gave my bike for servicing on 01/06/19, they told me I will get my bike on same day, later on same day afternoon, they called and told me that I will get my bike on 03/06/19, on 03/06/19, they again called me and told me that due to some problem,they will deliver it by 04/06/19. In 04/06/19,when I went to take delivery of my bike, they told me mechanics are fixing my bike and it will take time but how long it will take, that they dont know. Its really frustrating how a paid servicing end up with situation like this. I opt for the plan for 1 year 4 servicing, next time onwards I will not be in their trap again.

Not at all happy with the way they behaved.... they dont have time to listen to your problems....u will be passed from one person to another and from their face you will feel that they are doing a huge courtesy to you by giving you bike service...the owners and company should do a mystery visit to understand what is going on....

Lacks trained technicians, the service advisor gets changed every few months. Thus there is no long term person who can help you with the service. They fail on all time related commitments. The entry and exit of the location is also a task. Also be ready there is always some fights and quarrels happening there.

Their service is very good. They understand the problem properly. All service persons are well trained.

Staff are helpful , it opens at 8:45 am and if youre the first one there you would get your bike at 11 am approximately . Service is quick and has an AC lounge . I dont know about the service because I was there only for the first service but the work they were doing seemed solid and trustworthy . Workspace is pathetic , dont even try and go there , its very humid . Spare parts are always available except discover 125st , if you own that bike , I would suggest you look at other workshops of bajaj located in Kolkata.

The service centre is gud but the road leading to it is pathetic specially in the monsoon this undulated and broken road woiuld be filled up with water and ur newly washed bike wud be repaired with muck. Most faltu service centre in Kolkata, the staff steal petrol, for free service they do nothing except washing, in case of any complaining for some specific parts they suggest to change without seeing the problem, moreover IF YOU GO THERE FOR 1ST SERVICE DONT PAY FOR MOBIL CHANGE IN ADVANCE...THEY DONT CHANGE MOBIL BUT TAKE MONEY FROM YOU!!! JUST TELL I WILL SEE MOBIL CHANGING BEFORE MY EYES AND THEN PAY.

Only Bajaj service center in the locality. The employees are co-operative. The service provided by them is also good. The service center is not on the main road so sometime it becomes very difficult to locate it, but if someone is coming from topsia main road i.e. 24 no bus stand then from topsia pumping station i.e. the road which is adjacent to sunflower wall come straight and then where the road turn a lane on the right hand side which goes straight (a kachha road) and where the lane comes to an end on the right side this service center is situated.

One of the worst Service Employees work here... They just dont care to address the problems faced by the customer regarding motorcycle. I will never visit this place again, never. Never expected this form OSL Bajaj. Im very very very disappointed.

Very Bad service , they normally try to change every part on bike even if it is in working condition . The price charged for Bajaj genuine parts are higher as compared to market price . They take 02 days to service a bike . The service advisor is cunning and rude . Avoid going to this place .

Most Disgusting Service Centre of Bajaj very disappointed for being with Bajaj I Give my Pulsar 220F for the Service They Broken up the Fibre Glass from the side and when i notice that i went to the Service centre again and they said its not our Fault the Fibre Glass was Damaged Earlier but that is a new bike i am the only person who ride this and kept under my Garage and its very safe Not even sunlight or Rain can Came directly to the bike so how its Cracked up And After that they Charged me 3000 Bugs for the Replacement and fixing up and 700 for the free Service😂😂 what a free service from Bajaj Hats off you Guyz for this!...
