I dont know how he has managed to get these ratings? May be by begging to customers or standing over their shoulders during rating. We booked a family trip to Birbhum. He raised the fare 3 times, from 35/km to 38/km to 40/km. Since we were travelling with family, we agreed finally. But just on the day before trip, he cancelled the deal stating that he has some other urgent booking. Our whole trip got cancelled. We lost 30% of our hotel booking amount. Very bad way of doing business. Really frustrated.

Booked a cab before lockdown with advance payment.There was no certainty from the owner that they will be able to provide the cab or not on the day when lockdown started. On calling before the day of trip, they informed due to lockdown there is uncertainty of getting cabs. For that uncertainty I booked another cab after informing them and owner told that they will return the advance but now when I call them they say that they forgot what discussion happened and wont return the advance. Worst service. Be careful.

Vehicle provided by the agency was in excellent condition and the driver was a real gentleman and polite. Rate was very reasonable as compared to market rates. Despite bad road condition, we never felt any difficulty deu to drivers expertise. I believe Mr. Santanu and his agency will grow much more in near future. Wish him all the best wishes.
