Placed in a very congested place at Park circus area. This is one of the two Renault service centers in Kolkata. Performance wise is not bad. But, the finishing is just pathetic. Especially the workers are not very pleasing to deal with.

Very bad experience they will try to loot you in any ways always check your book before going to this service centre they will do all unnecessary items like wheel alignment even if that is not required will take unnesassary charge for greacing n many more make sure to ask for clarification. I remember Hyderabad service centre was really good if I have to score this service centre I will give 0 out of 10. I am not writing this in anger I am writing this for people who wants to check services center repo before visiting this... And if some Management is looking into this post from Reno please take care else u will lose your customers my plan was to buy kiger but I changed my mind after visiting this service centre.

Very pathetic service! Just know how to take money by adding unnecessary things to job sheet !! Also apart from car wash nothing is good. The place is also not clean. Also if you pay for unnecessary items then you will b treated well else you will be kept on hold !! PATHETIC SERVICE

Today I went to this service point for my new car. There is minor ac problem. But as per service center they asked for booking slot. Prolite behaviour but not good support from them. They can easily check the issue first.

Rips off customers, ill behaved service manager who does not know how to talk to the customer, threatens customer for giving poor service rating. After paying hefty amount for paid service, car engine broke down within 6 months & they put their hands off. So, you can imagine their service quality. Probably they use repaired old parts and bill customer for new ones. Beware of those frauds, if you dont want to loose your peace and money. Strongly advice to avoid this service center.

Do not go to this place. Not only cheat you also harnesses by their staff. So its good to avoid this showroom for buying new renualt car. If you think its near to your place then you are taking wrong decision.

Location of service centre is very congested & sometimes difficult to drive on street infront of the service centre, service centre executives are nice, sometimes lack of parking space inside the service centre, water logging happens at the entrance gate of the service centre during rainy season.
