They have a decent set of cars and there are sales person who would assist you with the buying, but the shortcomings of any used car sales is present here too. The behaviour of the salesperson although polite the understanding of the product is very poor and on most cases they come up with phrases that are completely not in line with car specifics. Just as with any car sales of used cars the true condition of the car and its reliability needs to be verified completely by the buyer. The place is easy to spot and is right on the Basanti Highway. A suggestion to people intending to buy, please keep an open mind and have the ability to look into each and every specifics of the car and do try haggling on the price.

Excellent experience. We had gone shopping for a car for my mother. The staff was so very helpful. Particularly, the Manager-in-charge, Sarojini Sengupta, was extremely professional and caring. We selected a Maruti Wagonr and booked it with a down payment before we left. Delivery tomorrow.

They are fraud. They never say anything about deduction while taking advance booking amount. But if you are not ready to buy and want the refund back, they will harass you by asking unnecessary things. They dont manage customer details properly. Be aware before you give your details to them. Eventually when they refund, they deduct almost 40-50% of the advance money.

Selling cars without proper inspection. You cant keep conversation with them. Once the vehicle is sold then from the distributor side Tata bye bye. Its better to go to spinny or mahindra first choice. No at all satisfied with the service they cater. Not adviced to purchase a second hand car from this dealer. Thanks stay safe and keep well.

We have booked a Alto 800 (2016) and got it delivered on 20th Jan 2021 and on 24th Jan 2021 we faced our first breakdown and the mechanic said that the battery was faulty and we have change it. We still havent received our invoice for the car also. Also they have promised to give us 1 year warranty but at the time of delivery they said that they will provide only 6 months warranty which is also unacceptable. This kind of service you will get from True Value.

I have delevered a Car Maruti Ritz Vxi on 20/11/2020 with full payment, but on 21 st I have charged for replacement of the Dicky Socker of Rs 1200/-. I had purchased a Hyundai Eon Dlite plus pre-used car from Maruti True value Auropota, Kolkata. Despite my request, they did not provide any agreement document. I was promised 3 refurbished(in condition) tyres, along with centralised locking, power windows, etc but on the delivery date, they denied the same. On the delivery date, the sound system and the lights were not working. I reached there after office at 6.30 PM but the delivery was too late till 9.30 PM. One of the tires was not inflated as well and this took a long time. This should have been in place well in advance. Also, the centralized locking system was not working, the lights were fuse. They did not set the wooden rack with speakers at the back as promised and said that they could not do so. And there was no apology in this regard as well. When I complained, they asked me for the agreement copy which they never provided despite several requests. I was made a complete liar. I complained in this regard but was provided with no resolution. A terrible experience so far. I am compelled to post it in public now.

Delivery didnt happened on time and the sales executive named Angshu is very unprofessional. He kept on providing wrong information about road tax and had not provided timely updates. The customer had to continuously followup only to know that there were some sort of issues. The customer had assured to pay the full balance amount on the delivery day and even was present on the delivery day and time, yet the car and the documents was not ready. Angshu was not present on time at the shop and told over phone that road tax have not been applied.Customers are not expected to have this type of awful experience!!

They are thief. We bought a Chevrolet beat car on 29th of January 2019. A worker there, named Anshu stole a speaker box of about 30k by telling that the owner of the car wanted that box and their dishonest manager also agreed with him. On the day of name exchange we came to know that the owner was not given the box neither he asked for that box from them before (According to the car owner). Such a shame for True Value.
