Small showroom on Jessore Road, near to Bangur & Lake Town, convenient to the residents of Dum Dum area.

The employees share half information and try to hide most of the things. Secondly they dont provide any free accessory like other Honda Dealers. One should avoid buying from here.

The staff present there was well behaved, unlike the Dugar Honda at Teghoria . He responded to my questions properly and heard me properly.Stock present was okay but the size of the showroom is small .

I you are near this showroom and you dont want a hetic journey to large distance showroom then you may choose this one, lack of coordination among people. But the boke is good , but it will later on creat problem on services.

It has been 2 months that I purchased the vehicle however apart from the challan no other document has been given to me. Staff is rude and seems the Moto is no after sale service. Noone pays attention to my query even after multiple visits. I feel made a mistake purchasing my bike from DURGA HONDA.

Pathetic experience. Employees at the showroom are least bothered about the visiting customer. They are busy chatting amongst themselves and laughing at the worst bad jokes cracked at each other. I even dropped at clear hint that I might be inclined towards the TVS NTorq, still they didn’t bother grabbing my attention and making a case for Honda.
