The parking was a bit of a hassle but overall I liked the showroom. The staff were helpful. A bit more cars on display or a variety in test drives would be better but theyre limited for space and there.

Have booked Seltos HTX on March 21st. Still there is no assurance when the car will be delivered. Its already 4months now. Still there is no confirmation.

Very poor service.. Did not bother to explain the features as me and my wife went on to enquire about kia sonnet..First two service people fought each calling to ask specifically for them.. And one was actually found.. To cater us with utmost apathy..I went there after reading and watching good reviews... On kia sonnet..Neither they offer any test drive..What a pity

An experience worth sharing as the Celica team removed initial hitches to facilitate the delivery of my Seltos HTX just before the state lockdown here in Kolkata.My Seltos was booked in Feb21 to be delivered on 16th of May 21. However due to lockdown in AP(Kias production base) the delivery schedules were disturbed and my Seltos was now to be delivered by end of May21. Since I had to get my car on 16th May there was a serious round of discussion and debate with the Celica team. After much of deliberation, the GM and team offered me the same model but black in colour. Honestly speaking I was quite apprehensive about the colour as my original choice was Red. However things were carried out smoothly till it was delivered a DAY BEFORE.. AND honestly the black colour looks amazing!!!!Special thanks to Mr Mahesh Gourisaria to come up with the alternative solution. He made sure all sundries fall in place for the delivery. Also a round of applause to Saikat, Sudipta and Sushmita to facilitate the delivery. I look forward to long beneficial relationship with Celica KIA.

Well lit showroom. Test drives given on request. Not all variants for a vehicle present, only top end models in display. The staff have limited information regarding the features of various variants, better to do some research before visiting the showroom. No offers or discounts given to customers.

Pathetic sales. I was here at the dealer a month back. Mr Subhankar/ Mr Apurba attended me. Test drive was not available at the point so they promised for a test drive later. Nobody called back. Today I was at the showroom again. Waited for 30 minutes for some sales person to arrive. But nobody turned up as usual. Pathetic is the only word. If sales is such poor no wonder how their service will be. I will strongly recommend not to buy from.here.

Very poor experience with Celica Kia. These guys can not keep their promise on delivery date. I was delivered the car more than 4 weeks later than what was promised. Their management is totally clueless as well. The delivery experience was very poor. No proper photo, no unveiling. When I asked why did I not get a warm experience, the arrogant sales guy said ‘Sir, you should have asked for it’!! Very unprofessional sales and management team at Celica Kia.Very happy with my new Seltos, but the entire experience of buying the car is very bitter all thanks to the useless folks at Celica Kia.

They asked me to sit for awhile. After couple of minutes their staff got in touch with me. His behavior was totally unsatisfactory. I asked features about the Sonet and its variants but he failed to entertain my queries regarding the car and also regarding its financing. Sometimes showroom staffs also judge you by whether youre looking for any base variants or not.

The staff is very helpful and the showroom is well lit. Seating arrangement is also well maintained. Just that they dont have their own parking and its not wheelchair accessible. It is a two storied building but doesnt have a lift, so people with leg problem or disability will face problem.

Worst place to buy a car. Please do not visit this dealer. They make false commitments and prepare all wrong documentation. They will make you feel as if you they are giving you the car for free. All my documents including RC and Insurance were incorrect. They are totally mismanaged.
