At first they gave me wrong eye power.. Highly unprofessional one of them was... They made me feel guilty for saying that i have wrong power.. After correcting the power M unable to use one of the specs.. Disgusting service and product quality. M having tremendous headache while wearing the specs and another one is getting bent automatically. I want refund of the whole amount. Already visited the store 4 times. Cheap.

This was an amazing experience when their employee Mr. Sayan Karmakar volunteered to deliver my specs at my place while I was confined due to lock down. The company should be proud of him.

I have bought one progressive lens along with the frame from the shop but the positive power which I have in my lens is not according to my eye sight . I am unable to see properly with the lens. It is total loss of money. The salesmen are cordial but whats the use if I cant see with the specs.

The Lenskart Dover Lane store is not welcoming at all. The employees will focus only on customers who give them good sales, and not people who want something in the lower range. I guess the store is having too much profits, hence dont care about their new prospective. customersOnline and offline stores clearly have competition, as they discourage you to try things online (which was my first preference).We went to get the eye power tested for both me and my mother, which they (Optometrist Mr. Chandrachur) straight refused saying first I need to finalize the frame, only then they will conduct the eye test, but advertisements and promotions clearly dont put that in T&C. When I told I will buy it online for reimbursement purposes, they claimed its too crowded to get a eye test done, which definitely was not the true scenario and misleading too.When I told them I need to get my power tested and check a few frames but might not buy it from store, they completely lost interest, and did not approach or guide us through anything at all.I thought to try Lenskart for the first time, might not ever try again. Bad experience. Very unsatisfied with the service and behaviour of the employees.

I will not recommend lenskart to people.Its true they have COOL collection of FRAMES but they use high refractive index lenses that does reduce the thickness of lenses but actually distorts the lateral sight or view window.i.e when you look through the lenses centre you wouldnt feel a thing but the problem starts when you look through objects a little sideways away from central view.Robotic Lens making as is shown by lenskart is mediocre,unsatisfying and uneasy to wear.Their Gold memberships are a trap to earn revenue from clients.Dont fall for it. LK cash is just a trick to make you buy specs.It has only one year validity.A person only needs a single spec which lasts a long time.If they could,they would suggest us changing frames every day.That was ok provided the lenses were comfortable to wear.I bought two frames (with prescripton lens) and the company make is such that you cant manually tighten the screws (as we do it sometimes in home or at a local shop) just with a screw driver or any small tool BECAUSE the FRAMES dont have one.They use something different (micro rivets type) so that You/Your local shop cant tighten it.You MUST take it to them and you fall in trap again.

The Optometrist was very unprofessional.She gave wrong power and I was uncomfortable. After few days I went there and they told that we cannot help and advised to visit a doctor. I visited a doctor and he gave totally different power from the Optometrist. Lenskart told that the new Lens would be chargeable.Very Disappointed by Lenskart Service. I wont recommend Lenskart Gariahat to anyone.

Extremely bad behavior , executives are very unprofessional .. yesterday I went there at around 8.40pm , but they want to close the shop as soon as possible, I give them many option that was suitable for them as well as for me also that can I atleast choose the glass over there, but their behavior is very rude ... I just thought that how could they did with a customer , where they are working that is retail store. Very disappointed.
