You all are slowly providing the worst service asdays are passing by.I booked Chitrey Backpackers Camp with you all on 15th February 2021 and made FULL PAYMENT for a visit on 11th March 2021 but when i visited the location of the camping dite I came to knew that you all have not informed the owner of the camping site regarding out booking. We literally had to wait for an hour to get a confirmation and let the owner have a talk with the executive to make both settle regarding our booking confirmation. Neither did I received and SMS from your end regarding the POC of the camp site nor did you send a confirmation to the owner of the camp site which should have been send 24hr prior to the check-in date.

Worse experience with the management. Read for an honest review:The management team of Izifiso is pain in a specific part of the body to deal with. All these guys are concerned about is money,once you pay them in full ,thats where they end their responsibility and customer service.The only option to pay them is via their website ,where you have to pay additional payment gateway charges. Its their website,their payment gateway but money needs to be paid by their customers.. ridiculous.Was there at their camp at doladanga, the other groups who were present also complained the same about their management. Pathetic management.If they dont change their business will soon fall once other camps are set up ..just like mousuni..Book and Visit only if you want to have a poor experience .

I have recently visited izifiso camp in mousuni island. It was a pathetic service.. Too over hyped. They charge you higher rate comparing with other camps in mousuni but service, food and hospitality is lower graded.1. They only bother once you check in, after the formalities done, they wont care whether you have been provided welcome drink or sanitized camp.. You might not find any camp authority in need.2. Food quality is worse than any roadside jhoops. From breakfast to dinner all you will find tasteless and stale food. Even their tea smells like drain. If you complain they will straight deny the fact.3. They wont allow you to drink if you do not buy it from them in higher price.4. So unprofessional and overprized service comparing with sand castle and alafia.Please do not visit their camps until you want to waste your hard earned money. As nothing is good there except sea view. You might find 200-300 rs lower rate in other camps
