She cleared all my doutbs and completely guided me for university as well as for visa application. She even prepared me for credibilty interviews. Had the worst experience ever at this IDP. My counselor was DEBASMITA SAHA. She helped me apply for the university and after I paid the money and got my CoE she stopped helping. I asked her to apply for my visa as soon as possible but she kept delaying it month by month. She even asked me to fill the entire student visa form myself. Even after I provided her with all the documents, she did not apply for my visa and used to reject my calls. I am not from Kolkata so I could not go and visit the branch. At last after being fed up by her behavior, I had to pay another consultancy to get my visa. So I would definitely not recommend DEBASMITA SAHA if you want to go to AUSTRALIA. Try other consultancies. The consultancy i paid to get my visa was EDWISE INTENATIONAL CHANDIGARH (it was referred to me by one of my friend who got it done from there). They were really helpful and supportive during the entire process. I had to contact an agency from other state of the experience I had here just imagine!!!!

She not only illusrated me a range of course options, procedures of application to universities and career prospects post-study but also gave me a thorough insight on how my entire journey of a successful offer acceptance would going to be, as at that time I hadnt even taken my IELTS test.The most admiring fact of all the IDP councellors, especially Swati mam, was how patiently they listen to our individual queries and go on explaining them point by point. They are as much part of the entire application processes as we applicants. Suchismita maams councelling helped me to convert five out of six of my university applications into successful offer letters. I was glad to get options for my decision and then,finally, I decided to accept my offer from the University of Surrey and obtained a fine scholarship too.Even in the nation-wide lockdown period,Suchismita maam helped me to successfully file my visa and continuously followed-up on all my individual preparations on how to start with my new experience.My parents are extremely thankful to Suchismita maam for making this a relinquished and memorable life experience. I had an wonderful Counselling session with Debolina Maam and I highly appreciate the way she helped me to clarify my all of my doubts.
