Ordered for delivery from Starbucks at CC1 Salt Lake. Well packaged and delivered flawlessly. The Green Tea latte was well prepared and optimum taste. The drink quantity and quality met expectations. Prices are a bit on the higher side but worth the quality.

Excellent management and hospitality.Went there as a family of six. The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Coffee was excellent. Both cappuccino and latte. Club sandwich and chicken sandwich were also nice. Prices are on the higher side. But if you are a TATA employee you get a flat 20% discount on the total.

Calm quite place. Two things stand out. One informality and the seats are too close for comfort in the pandemic times. Nothing else I could talk of postive off. There is not even aroma coffee hanging in cafe

Okay so theres nothing new to say about Starbucks. Its the biggest and most loveable coffee chain around the world. Youll always find this place full of people. Some doing their jobs, some studying and some having a gala time with friends and family. Also since the place is always full most of the people (the late-comers like me) prefer to take-away. The service is prompt and very likeable. The day I visited they were giving trial pieces of their new dish which was basically a murgh keema pie. I loved it and so did my gang. Also since Im not a big fan of coffee I always opt for my favourite Strawberry Shake. Its so thick and blended with real strawberries. Do place a visit if yojreya coffee lover but chances are you wont get a place to sit. Especially if its weekends.

I really enjoyed my visit there. The place is soothing . The ambience is really great . Though it is quite expensive really famous for coffee and pastries . Had their double choco latte coffee and chicken masala crossoint and chicken cheese sandwiches. They were delicious. The customer service is quite good, hygienic, properly maintained. Menu is diverse. A nice place to clear head or hang out. Its in cc1 campus in bidhannagar. Visit and enjoy!

Starbucks coffee is the brand one can trust blind folded when it comes to customer hospitality and coffee quality.Hence no point of reviewing the coffee qualityBut I would like to highlight two major issues1. I ordered valvet latte( hot) but unfortunately i was served cold one.Though it doesnt taste bad either but my choice was hot coffee and I hope Starbucks should fulfill that as they are known for high customer satisfaction and the coffee costs almost 300 rupees. So if I am spending 300 rupees for a cup of coffee I can expect it would be served as per my expectation.2. The store was not at all maintaining the Covid19 measures. Obviously the hand sanitizer and temperature check was there at the entrance but inside there was not a single chair unoccupied. Even the sofa and couch were occupied at its max. I can understand that it was a bit crowded so that they had to attend all the customers like that. But its for customer safety that they should ask them to wait outside or make some other arrangements. Customers are standing inside the store as no seats were vacant.Kindly take some measures at least during this second corona wave.

Best drink - Frapucchino drinks...Best desert - blueberry muffin...But never ever try any items like chicken seekh kabab or patties...worst taste

Overall, a good experience. The coffee was great and stuffs. Just that too overpriced. Two cold coffee, one black coffee and a black tea costed me around 1600 rupees!

I absolutely..LOVED ITIt was my first time I had gone thereAnd it was DEFINITELY worth the hype around Starbucks!!I had the duo cocoa Mocha Frapaccino it was I think (Grande).And it was just AWESOMEE.Would definitely recommend going here to someone.

The quality of the coffee is super! I also tasted this large cookie-cake thing with embedded round chocolates and it was delicious. However, it could be on the high-end if youre looking for a café to visit on a regular basis.

The coffee is certainly very well made and I get that the Starbucks brand alone adds to the cost, but the prices here are simply not justified. Even if I were to accept the exorbitant prices of the coffee beverages, a small cup of hot chocolate being 200 is a bit over the top especially when it just tastes like milo. The savoury dishes here are pretty great, I really like the double meat sandwich. The desserts also look amazing but are much too expensive.

I went to Starbucks in City centre 1 Salt Lake City shops. The overall ambience is nice at this coffee shop. As expected coffee is good. I shall visit again whenever I shall visit in City centre 1.

Very good place with decent food. The cost is as per Starbucks policy but the cakes and the coffee varieties will blow your mind. Located near city centre 1 it is also very convenient to visit the place.I lost my watch here but they kept it safely until I retired it from them. They are really courteous and well behaved. Really like this place a lot.

It is always great to visit Starbuck. But if you are planning to visit Starbucks at City Center One please do not visit at 7:30 pm or so as the Guard here behaves as if you came begging at the door of this great partnership of Starbucks and Tata. All the starbucks partner will come to you politely and inform you that they are closing soon. But the guard you talk to in a way that means Go Away...dont have change!!To the Starbuck: please dont change the guard. Nobodys job should be lost in this situation. But the least you can do is to train them about how much they can be involved in communications with people who visit you!!

A cute place to hangout and situated in the ground floor of City Centre1 mall, beside Afraa Deli.The aroma of coffee hits your senses. The drinks are great and the food are of top quality. Ambience is perfect for casual hangouts.

Overpriced, of course. But the quality of Espresso is beyond reproach. My friends also enjoy their cappuccino and other concoctions. Havent tried their food. Their take-away package is also good & convenient. The stores generally remain crowded & noisy but the spaces are nice for catching up with (loud) friends for a short while. Their stores are located at very convenient places, e.g., close to popular malls & other dining establishments. That allows one to grab a coffee just before leaving the shopping/dining areas. Overall, expected experience for the buck.

One of the better Starbucks I have been to. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee is great, as usual. The food, tasty as it is, was lacking in freshness of the bread. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a chicken naanwich. The edges of the bread, when heated up, become hard. Thats usually not what happens to food in Starbucks. So, am deducting a star here.Will I return for the food, coffee and quick service? Definitely! Wish I lived closer to this this place.

I have visited Starbucks in parkstreet and City center 1 complex if saltlake..kolkata.I liked more the park street ambiance..its similar to what I used to gave in USA..bt quality of drinks are uncomplainable..bt cant say the same about other beverages..though the cheesecake is much btr than Mc cafe n flurries..

Starbucks somehow always manages to disappoint me. The sandwich was grossly overpriced and they didnt even grill it for us. Do not recommend at all.Do yourselves a favour and save your money!The adjoining Afraa is a much better choice as they grill the sandwiches and make better sandwiches in general.The coffee is mediocre as well. Only the frappes are nice.However still wouldnt recommend.

This place is located just opposite to the Kolkata store (Makaibari) of CC1 Saltlake.. The ambience of this place is pretty good & their services are also fine.. The quality of the Coffee was awesome but I liked The Hazelnut Dark cocoa Praline More than the Hazelnut Latte.. In the snacks corner you can try Spicy Chicken Pita ,Murgh Kathi wrap both are delicious..As we all know Starbucks is little bit overpriced but overall its a nice place to chill out with your friends once in a month..

At last Starbucks arrived at Salt Lake, City Centre. Though much smaller in size compared to its Park Street cousin nonetheless the menu was equally appetizing. Apart from the usually doses of caffeine, the pastries and sandwiches were out of this world. A must visit for all cafe hoppers.

So we ordered a Java Chip and a Hazelnut Dark Cocoa Praline Frappuccino. Both of them were heavenly good. Just that the ice inside those drinks, were not blended perfectly.Rating: 4/52. Ambiance: The ambiance was cool, calm and comfortable.Rating: 4/53. Service: The service was very polite. They were all very helpful.Rating: 5/5

Starbucks is one of my all time favorites and this place definitely did not let me down!They have a great selection of food! And the environment was cozy!

As usual Starbucks always have bigger premises unlike CCDs. (I am not saying CCD is not having good ambience.) Quality beverages is its identity. When they offer good quality, they are costly too. This outlet also has good ambience, generous staff and taking precautions of Covid 19.

Not their flagship store in Kolkata. Thats the one in Park Street. Nonetheless, decently large with plenty of seating area. I do think that the Starbucks charm is being ruined by the Metro construction thats going right outside the shop. From outside, the place lacks that typical Starbucks feel. From inside though, its the same coffee shop that you love (or hate).

Starbucks is always great not only in their food and beverages but their amazing customer friendly behaviour. This new branch is no exception as well. The baristas are cordial and always recommend you the best drink/ beverage of your choice. Cosy, well lit atmosphere. Quite spacious too. Next to the mall , so a great place to chill out for a while. However, there should be another washroom I feel. You have to queue up for a while in case the cafe is crowded.

It was great, i loved my Java Chip Frappucino and the Chocolate Brownie! Its close to my house so i can easily drop by if i want to :)
