A place where you can buy some good art works with sitting with your friends. The environment is quite soothing and quite. You will see lots of art works around you which are up for sale.Had a hangout with my friends with those cool sandwhiches, french Fries and organic tea. Also tried their cakes.A beautiful place overall.

The menu is full of delicious foods which can fit right in your budget and make you feel as if you’ve given the right amount of money for the right quantity and quality of the food. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel at home, the decor is top-notch and the clothes available are cheap too ;).

Just in one word...awesome. you can actually feel the connection with your soul,the location is nice,a silent atmosphere with well behaved staffs,a wide range of food is good for your appetite,and the collection of book or artifacts you is just too good

Nice small place with good food. However the food is overpriced and service of food takes a huge time. Recommend looking into that.

In their cafeteria, 15 persons can seat together easily... Outside of this deshaj store and cafe, few people can seat their also.. Wonderful decoration it is... Great experiences as well.. I am so happy n satisfied after visiting this beautiful place...

Deshaj store and cafe is quite a pocket friendly place. I love coming here as it has amazing chicken whole wheat Mayo sandwich and masala chai. The pot is cute and just cost around 100-120 bucks for two to three cups of tea.There are a lot of accessories, antiques and clothing as well which one can pick up. It is like a gem in Ballygunge area as its cheap and pocket friendly. However, not much of clothing collection for men. I managed to pick up one of the tshirt at a 50 percent off. I love the material quality.

A very good and rare collection. The peace of the place will obviously cool you. The behaviour of the propiter is an excellent one.

It is a very nice and cozy place to visit with your friends and closed ones. If youre interested in handicrafts, then it would be a bonus for you as youd find a variety of sarees, kurtis, lampshades and other things along with wide stock of books.

Now a days, Handicrafts Store with cafe shop is a interesting concept. Deshaj is one of them. However, prices of handicraft products are ski high. Finishing of few products are not up to the mark.

Good place. Pricetags are competitive wrt quantity and quality both. Definitely coming back if Im in this vicinity. The Darj tea is good and cheap. ₹100 for 2 cups (a pot). The pasta (I took Alfredo) is very tasty and is recommended.

A really nice place to browse nice locally sourced artifacts and clothes but an even better place to just let your hair down and have a bite and a nice cup of Joe. Try their cheese mushroom omelette, omelette wrap with sautéed veggies and sausages, and their batter fries fish - yummy!

Good place to hang around over tea or coffee. Nice and cozy. Fair choice of handicrafts and handloom items. If fumes and smell from the kitchen puts you off a bit, you may sit outside in the verandah.

Had a pathetic experience at this cafe today..the omelet was half cooked,the tea was tasteless n on asking them to make it better,they made a very bad face. The staff were not at all warm n all over experience was really bad.
