Ccd is a brand and they are providing delicious food with excellent staff service. You may think about coming again if you wish to taste a particular kind of cuisine. 4 star: Excellent. Delicious food, positive atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service. The price is bit too much for a sub and they didnt stuffed much of filling inside it , i had ordered spinach corn and cheese sub and devils own is my favourite but little disappointed as they had peanuts like choco shavings on top. The other cold coffee delights are good 🙁😄😎 but if they improve i am sure they will get more customers. Apart from that the sitting arrangement is very close to each other , you can eavesdrop 😃😂very effectively. They have their own app , so you get points as coffee beans point , use it on next order. A good ambience is made up of perfectly adjusted lights that serve the purpose of both, utility and creating a certain mood.😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😎😎😎

This is reputed brand for coffee and various snacks which are usually consumed with coffee. Prices are slightly higher side. 600 INR would be enough to fetch a memorable coffee related meal for two people.

This outlet of cafe coffee day is situated at the ground floor of mani square mall beside westside. The outlet is not very spacious. The ambience is as same as other ccd. We ordered cappuccino and caffe latte. The taste was good just like other outlets. The quantity was good. The waiting time was not high. Overall a nice experience. Definitely one can check this outlet if you are a coffee person and near mani square mall.

The place is really good to spend some time. I prefer black coffee there...

Want to waste your money then go to this particular outlet of CCD at mani square. Such a pathetic quality of food and coffee. It was hard to decide whether the coffee was made of milk or water.

The Ethiopian Coffee was just like a normal Cappuccino, either Cafe Coffee Day is fooling the customers by giving a new name to the same old classic Cappuccino or the person who made it dont know how to make it. The Oreo cold coffee was also not upto the mark. They just somehow broke Oreos into BIG chunks and dropped it in cold coffee with Vanilla ice cream. The nondescript roadside cafe makes better than this. A waste of money and time sipping these liquids unworthy of being called coffee. Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting this outlet in Mani square mall.

Mani square Cafe Coffee Day at 3rd Floor in Cafeteria was really good. They served fresh coffee with hot sandwich which was really yammy

CCDs is the very nice place to hangout with friends for Long time gossiping at just one cup of coffee. That was a good part for youngestors. There are two CCDs in mani square one at ground floor which is not that spacious as an separate outlets but decent and affordable price and one just adjacent to PVR on 4th floor which is also having decent space along with food court but little expensive.The staffs are well behaved. Overall good experience. Love this place.

Staff at the billing counter told us thatcold coffee and cafe frappe are not available! Then we called CCD customer care number to inform this, then the store manager said every product in the menu is available! If you dont want to sell any particular items then dont keep them in menu and remove them from display.

It has made its place in Indian market. Not much to say anything.

Disastrous - thievesCCD @ MONEY SQUARE KOLKATA (ground floor)I ordered 2 chocolate cappuccinos and 2 vanilla caparccinos along with other items.1) I was told precisely that the cost of samosas was per plate which included 2 samosas in one plate. They charged me for. 4 samosas2) the charged 3 units worth of 854 bucks without any mention of what it is. When asked they mentioned its for the toppings. When asked for it in the menu, they didn have it. They mentioned its in system. When I saw the system, they charged me for the entire chocochip drink in the name of the chocolate topping. So technically my coffee was for 150 bucks and the topping was for around 300 bucks. Plus there was 2 chocolate coffees and the bill showed 3 items.No liking the ambience is one thing, not liking the taste of coffee is one thing, however this was out and out stealing.

Ordered for garlic bread which showed 90rs in menu card but they added extra cheese without even asking for and the price went up to 180rs.they should atleast ask for the extra and then make the bill.otherwise food was good and so was the Darjeeling tea

Horrible experience...the staff is so unprofessional and rude...refused to give us change...had to pay by card.they made us wait 30 mins for coffee only when the cafe was empty...when we asked they said that they forgot our order...what a horrible place.. i think they dont train their staff properly.
