Ive got Internet connection with them for 2 years. It has been going well for a year. After that, I wanted to do some maintenance that was needed as my need of having Internet in my room was necessary. I called them to help extended my connection with a lan cable to another room. The guys came to do the job. However, one of the guy was very rude. Doesnt have any idea how to talk to a customer. I was willing to pay the extra to help me set up the connection. But the guy started talking rude with me like Im a cheap guy lol.Previous guys were very nice with their service. I even used to give them some cold drinks because they work hard. But at this time, Im shocked by their behaviour really.Anyhow, I will see how they provide me the service going forward. I will an eye.

Most 3rd Class service. Packages are much higher than other providers. While other operators are providing 50Mbps as lowest speed plan for a maximum price of ₹590, this operator provides 5Mbps for ₹590.Also Cable services is poor. no one can received call. very bad service.

This operator is now providing 65mbps in just ₹590 which is much lower than other operators. Their services are very quick like if someone lodge a complain they resolve it within 1-2 hours and dont charge any fee from customer whereas other broadband services like Alliance broadband take 1-2 days for resolving a problem. This operator also provide bsnl FTTH(Fiber to the Home) highspeed broadband service. Cable services are also very good and fast like the broadband service. Calls are always recieved and the problems are solved very quickly. Very good service. No issue with this operator.
