Good - All products are in stock. Staffs are well mannered.Bad - No home delivery available for TVs. Its difficult to carry a large TV with you, if you didnt bring a car or not willing to get a taxi. Also, the TV installation person arrived much later than appointed time.MI store should look after these issues.

The stock is decent. But the tendency of pushing the customer to purchase an item of higher value is annoying in many cases. Otherwise the sales representatives are well behaved.

Very nice location. Food court of Acropolis mall. Service of this counter was good but it could have been better. They took cash for cheesy dip in cash but when they delivered the order they forgot the dip and when I asked about it, they said when you paid cash.. tht was quote shocking but later they admitted that it was their fault, so accepting their mistake is a symbol of good service. Rest is okay

Few days back I visited mi store at Acropolis mall to purchase mid range phone coz I have no idea about phones they guide me very well and explained me about benefits and answer all my querys and questions very politely all staff behaviour is very good. Recommendable store if u buy Mi products.

Mi showroom was good .. cashier behaviour was very good .. but one of the employee of mi showroom I cant remembered his name he couldnt any help ..he was so much arrogant ... And he didnt understand what was my problem.. his behaviour was very bad & rude .. for this reason I will give u 2 star out of five ...

Mi is a grt brand. So 2 store boys wll nt welcome u, wll nt tlk to u untill u walk up to thm nd ask sumthng. They wll ans in one or 2 words of all u ask. Thy wll nv disclose any features of anythng as if these features r trade secrets. I went to buy a Mi tv 50 in. I visted thrce in ths store. Nevr welcomed. Never got ny info. Instead they were vry busy with their ph and computer even when there were no customrs. They told me if u wnt to buy we wnt deliver bt we can put it in ur vehicle. I accepted. Sry sir today we dnt hv nyone to carry. So u need to carry nd i wll help u. Also also sry sir, we dnt hv nyone to install rite now. We cant commit when it wll get installed. 3 days ths happnd in last 10 days. Finally on the 3rd day of visit i bought the same tv frm amazon to be deliverd to my place in 3 days time nd installtion to be done next day. Got sum more discount fr using my dr card. Sad tht u guys put some nonsense guys who r nt only driving away customers bt also harming your brand image.

Horrible experience. I went to the Mi home as I wanted to experience the working of an MI air purifier 2S before I buy one. I approached the store agents to enquire, the guy goes in and gets an airpurifier packed in a box. When I asked him to show me the product demo he refused and mentioned that I could see the product or experience the working only if I purchase it. Who buys a product these days witgouw seeing a demo. ? I can easily buy it online.Terrible experience.
