Very bad service. They dont give my money back. They are stealing money from customer and give false promises. Very irregular and irresponsible behaviour. After 2months they dont give product.

Performance of this electric cycle is excellent. Their customer service is also very good. Particularly Puja madam & Mr. Piyush are of very helping nature. Hope they will be helping in future if needed.

Very poor service ..I am disappointed from this company service.after long time they send me this cycle but without promises acessories.( Mudguard/lock).After lot calls and v-calls I successfully assamble this cycle..but after that I saw throttle is not working ...Still they promise ,that they courier all accessories and throttle and wire very soon.But this is not a MNC company level.Maybe ts fake advertising.

I ordered the skellig pro ebike on 19 Nov 2020 made full payment on 23 Dec 2020. Till Jan 10, 2021 when i was not delivered when i cancelled the bike. they took almost 20 days to revert me back my money. Horrible exp. I will not recommend the to anyone. Better buy the bike from showroom ( but even in the showrooms its not available)

Decent Product- needs a few modification for Rider Comfort. Customer service is good.

They took almost 2 months to deliver the bike!!
