I moved in Senhati last year and I was looking for internet connection. Local shop gave me a contact of someone name Dipu Milan Cable. I took the connection and they charged me 2000 for installation and montly 590/-. After using for 2 months I was really disgusted. Their service is just horrible, And the guy whom I used to call for support used to say Dada call center a call korun ora kore debe. Call Center used to say there is a problem from LCOs end and this local is totally irresponsible.Luckily the Alliance call center guy recommended me to switch local operator and he gave me the information of Cable Vision Network.I called them and a guy name Rahul picked up the phone and we had a conversation. I took their service for which they charged me 1000 for Optical fiber connection and cheaper monthly rental of 550.Now this is the 10th month since I took the connection and till now I only called them once for the connection problem and they solved it easily.PS - If you move in a new place then search before applying for a connection. I lost 2000/- make sure you dont
