Delivered damaged product. Told the will send person to repair next day. Next day, the said it will take one more day. Now they are saying they can not do before 4 more days. Very poor service. Prices are higher.

****worst experience****1. Steel products are not at all per with other quality products available in the market. Not comparing with godrej but cant compete with Raj & Raj or Bombay Safe.2. Very poor surface finish and you can see the colour is wiped out and some rust at the display products, which you are going to get after payment.3. They say that they are manufacturing those but its not completely true. Some of the products are made by them and some are outsourced which they call imported. The problem is not much alterations can be done in all the products, in case of outsourced products nothing can be done. But in case of their so called own product only the height of the self can be adjusted. If you need an extra self you have to pay extra money but if you reduce one self they are not going to reduce any price. Basically they are not at all able to provide any customised product. Local shops with a bit experience in this field will provide a better product at lower price and quality.4. After you pay the advance they will forget you. You have to keep extra budget(I mean it) for calling them daily to get the product delivered.5. After sales service :- sorry they may not recognise you.6. If you buy the wooden products you have to pay in advance. You may get the product delivered in time if you are lucky but the real pain is nobody is going to contact you for the installation. Again you have to keep a budget for calling them and waste your precious time. These people are so unprofessional that they even dont bother that one customer is calling again and again everyday therefore at least they should inform the appointment time when the installation team is going to arrive. But they will lie you again and again that yes the installation team is coming soon, if you ask them whether is it today! Theyll say yes today, then if you ask when!! Theyll will say I dont know, they sales representative who sold the item to you have got every information. If you ask then to hand over the phone to the sales representative then they will say he is in a meeting. And like this your miserable experience continues.7. They price of the wooden products are more than the same available in HomeTown. So why should we even consider this. At least theyve got a wide variety of options. Here they kept only a few.8. If you have paid some more amount of money or full payment and in between before delivery you have changed your mind. I will say refrain yourself to do so as youre not going to get your money back even if you have paid in cash. They will make you buy their product. So remember DO NOT PAY AN ADVANCE MONEY MORE THAN 500/- Therefore if you loose that you dont have much loss.9. While buying the wardrobe they will say you everything is good here.. You can insert your coat, Pant etc etc. But the fact if the wardrobe depth is less than 22 than your coat will stay tilted but they will hide this fact. Most of their wardrobes are of 19 depth. So if you found this truth and dont want to go for delivery after paying advance money, then you forget about the money. If you give them an option that I will first try to put my coat and only if it fits there perfectly then only I will take the delivery but then they will say we said you everything during demonstration you were convinced. Again why you are saying this.. How childish and ridiculous.. My dear you lied that we can insert coat. Total unprofessional bunch of people who are ready to go upto any level for making money.10. Every time you call them they will ask you the representative name who dealt the case but youre not going to talk to him, some random guys deals everything. If that sales person is so important then why dont you give their number therefore the customer can talk to them directly. Or its a trick to isolate that particular person therefore customer can suffer more.11. Finally if you dont want pain and want to live a peaceful life then kindly avoid them.
