My Family and me have been sharing a relationship with the brand for quite a time now. We have fitted Kutchina chimneys in all our apartments. One of the highlight of the product is the one touch cleaning process which reduces manual labour. Also from the pricing point of view it has different variants for different socio economics backgrounds. I really feel proud to be associated with this brand from Eastern India to grow so big nationally and undoubtedly the biggest appliances brand in India. We wanted to buy chimney and hoptop. After thorough research, we decided to buy another brand. On refusing to buy from kutchina, we were disrespected and the sales man (Mr. Barun) stooped low to chastise me. I am thankful that I have not purchased from such people and I hope others dont as well.

Had requested for Chimney Service on 5th March. Inspite of continuous follow up, no one has come for service yet. Very bad service.

Most 3rd class service after sales, the service agencies are only money collection points and they dont provide service, you have to call them 2-3 times then they come for service and incase any parts replacement required, that you will never get for sure.Pathetic service, try to avoid kuchinta home appliances.

Kutchina Chimney is very good but their service Center Bajoria Enterprise is very bad. They are charging money for service at AMC period as I have lost the service book since I am continuing AMC for last five years.
