The delivery was smooth and it was on time and the staff were very professional. They put everything in place and it looks great.I ordered this patio set in April 2021 due to the pandemic we did not get the delivery until October 2021 the only negative thing I had to say is wish we could’ve had during the summer of 2021 but it’s here now and we’re thankful!!!

I recently bought a sectional at HOM Furniture and had a fantastic experience! I saw the item online and wanted to have the chance to sit in it and feel the fabric before purchasing. David Lees was extremely helpful and pointed me in the direction of the sectional I saw online within seconds. He placed the order at the time I was in the store, and I was able to schedule my delivery for the date I wanted. She helped us with those and because of me saying, hey how about a new rug (DOH!), she helped us pick out one of those as well. I enjoyed working with Mr Heath (Rug Specialist at the Bloomington store) to find the perfect rug for my sunroom! He was easy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about the rug collections. His excellent eye for color helped me pick out a rug that is absolutely beautiful and pulls all the colors of the room together. He made rug shopping fun! I plan to back for another rug soon.

Nobodys ever perfect, and pricing could be a bit lower, but the customer service I received shopping for a new bed mattress was quite good. The reps left me alone to do my own thing trying out the various mattresses, but were ready to help me complete the purchase as soon as I was ready.

I must have played Princess and the Pea with over a hundred sectional couches at five furniture stores this past weekend, and ended up with one of the first I had sat on at HOM in Bloomington because I couldnt beat the combination of quality, comfort, and price! Brad Johnson was a joy to work with and extremely helpful in finding out when the different parts could be delivered and placing the order so the most furniture arrived as close to my move-in date as possible. It was my first time purchasing substantial furniture, and he made it relatively painless! For other shoppers looking for a one-stop shop, HOM definitely had the best selection and competitive pricing; I cant recommend making them your first stop highly enough.

Couch hunting was getting so draining. No one had anything in stock. Stopped at HOM furniture for one last shot before giving up. Glad we did. We found a couch that was exactly what we needed. With an enormous amount of options. Alexa D was very helpful in narrowing the search for my wife and I, who were very indecisive. The sales representatives were not pushy or hovering like at other locations. Alexa in particular was our favorite and helped us through two days (months apart) to find the right furniture. I went there for the first time this past week and they have a huge selection and variety of furniture, ranging from all different prices, making it comfortable to shop according to your budget. Also Nancy Nelson helped me pick out a beautiful living room coffee table set. She was very kind & friendly, not pressuring me and let me take my time looking around the store to make sure I loved what I was purchasing. I went back a few days later from a quote she gave me and purchased the set. I am so grateful for her, I will definitely be back!

Me and my wife worked with Brad Johnson, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly, and had a great knack for picking out designs for our sectional couch, rug, table, tv stand, and additional items to accent our room. He definitely went the extra mile to even show us dining tables and many other miscellaneous ideas to consider.We chose to do the in-person design where he came over and helped put together a plan, I recommend this cause it helps them optimize a design better and the price is credited toward your purchase when its time to buy so its essentially free. We had several price plans we went back and forth on but ultimately made the best and most affordable decision, and were very happy we took the time to work with Brad cause I believe we found the best all around option!

I just bought a set of bunk beds for my boys and had a great experience! I had some specific things I was looking for and Brad Johnson was patient with me and my two kids and worked hard to help me find exactly what I needed. I stop by Home Depot for the first time in a while to lift my spirit. I was hoping to Find a beautiful Fortman of lamps. You had a wonderful greeter, that was my best experience within the store.I literally made a purchase .t it could’ve been a $300 purchase, There were a few lamps with a few dings on them. But before I Could finish my purchase I found More broken pieces. At this point I was done. I was defeated and played it time to go home. From the moment her services were offered through the choice of furniture and fabrics to the decisions about ordering and delivery, everything was done perfectly. I mean it. perfectly. There was never pressure, just advice on design that was right on target and letting us lead the discussion to the appropriate conclusion, which was to buy exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. The entire experience could have been filmed as a “best practice” in sales and customer service.

I went to a number of furniture stores, looked online for used items, and landed at HOM Furniture where Alexa worked with me. The HOM prices and sale costs are comparable to used item costs, and due to massive supply chain shortages, it’s hard to come by certain items right now with other stores. I was able to obtain a number of items that I needed, but the most important thing about my experience was the customer care that Alexa provided.The selection at HOM is great, and the showrooms are excellent, but it’s people like Alexa that make the experience positive and will make me a return customer. She was patient with showing me items--really took the time to search through items and filter through what was available or on short order, and she was also pro-active by looking up items and having them ready for me to view. She was also super understanding with a couple of changes that needed to be made on my orders. What was also really important to me was that she was communicative and extremely efficient and responding quickly to any questions that I had. Every single interaction with her was personable and kind. I would recommend her services at HOM to anyone.

Theresa was a lovely saleswoman! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and caring. The other store we went to in the area we felt completely disregarded by the salespeople. The moment we walked into HOM we were greeted immediately by a friendly face, and quickly approached by Theresa while we were browsing for a new sofa. Though we won’t receive the couch for a few months yet, we’re confident in our choice and customizations due to the incredible help from her!!

Sky was great! Helped me find something in my price range that wasnt uncomfortable or ugly! I came in for what I though I wanted and left with something else that was even better! (Ask a Dock 86 salesperson about area 51!)

There’s no question that seeing and feeling an area rug in person is better than guessing while looking on line. Hom has a huge selection of beautiful rugs many colors and styles, materials and price ranges about half are available to take home right away, but more importantly, Cory was there to give all the pros and cons of each type of rug. He is a rug expert who explained how well each would need to be cared for, and last with our pets and family.

Our experience at HOM today was very enjoyable! Marcos Dos Santos listened intently and asked questions to deepen his understanding of our need. We have widely differing tastes but that was nothing but a fun challenge for Marcos. He guided us to an array of styles to further lead us in compromise. He knew his product and was very skilled in providing us with a great design. We will be back for more items for another room based on Marcos suggestions. Thank you!

We had a great experience, Bob walked us through multiple options for the sectional we wanted, and took lots of time and care to make sure we understood the ordering process. He also made sure the correct pieces of the sectional were ordered and that they would go together as we had planned.

I had an enjoyable time looking at the large inventory of furniture at the Bloomington location of Dock 86. Lew McKenzie had all the information and experience to help me make the right selection of sofa for my needs.The white glove delivery arrived within the time slot that was designated. They set up the couch where I wanted it and removed all of the packing debris. My all around experience with this purchase was excellent and I will return here when I need more furniture.
