I wont criticize the Hotel or so but the Security Guard was thrashing dogs that day, not just dogs Tiny Puppies hardly 15 days old. Inhuman pathetic security guard they have.The Hotel is fair enough

I stayed but service is not at all satisfactory. WiFi is available in the reception. Breakfast was insufficient. Door of wash room could not be closed from outside.

This is an amazing guest house. They define hospitality in the truest of meanings. From welcoming guests with a drink to helping with everything else during a stay, they do it all. The rooms are good, with all the basic facilities. The food could be better. One can easily access cab services like Ola, Uber and so on from here. Rooms can be booked from the OYO app. Couples are allowed here and the room rates are pocket friendly.

Guest house....nice and clean

Cooperative staff. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. This place allows unmarried couples when booked through OYO. This facility is absolutely legal and safe. Located on a quiet street, yet very easily accesible from the main road, this hotel is cheap and convenient.

Food needs to be improved. Both quality and quantity is disgusting. It was like they got it from some roadside stall. Rooms were not clean. Leftover food and plates were found inside the drawers. Though Oyo is doing a good job there. They are trying to make things better. I got my lost voter id card from the oyo manager out there.

The watchman woke me up at morning 4am i was not sure about the reason, he rang my bells till the time i got up and opened the door. Then in morning room service brought 4 cups of tea but i was staying alone and i havent ordered anything... He also rang the bell many times at 6 am in morning. After that at 7am newspaper came to the room but instead of putting it under the door. They woke me up again. Seriously i was about to shout at the management... If you dont have any other choice only then stay there... As per the rates its quite expensive compared to room conditions and facilities that they provide. Locality is also not good.

This guest house is at very bad location. you can not imagine that location. it looks like some old house in remote village, they have not allowed my guest to meet me. i will never recommend this guest house to any body.

What a joke. I showed up here after a flight and 1 hour on a local bus from Kolkata Intl airport only to find out THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. So immediately the guy behind the counter starts saying, you didnt read the fine print. and I cut him off right there. Ive played this game before with Oyo in Hyderabad and I wasnt about to let this guy try and blame me for his hotels mistake. Ill be keeping an eye out to make sure this hotel adds their ridiculous policy to the website I booked off of to prevent this from happening again to other foreigners. Furthermore, this is somewhat of a scam going on as this has happened to me TWICE and both times the hotels refused refund until I contacted OYO on twitter. They graciously gave me a 95% refund. What a scam.Hotel reception is in an undergroung leaking parking garage that is in a slummy neighbourhood. Avoid.

Good oyo for unmarried couples

On 22nd October 2017 a Howrah girl found dead in the property.

It’s an average place to stay overnight. Surrounding area is very cheap and other facilities are not available at nearby place.

In budget hotel i can say.... not luxury but yes... for budgetary people Id suggest them to go for it
