The most horrible experience of of my life. I have never experienced servise as unprofessional and callous as this.My lehenga was supposed to be given after fitting in 7 days time.I did not receive any call from this place, then on the 8th day I went to the store to check, and not surprisingly they had no clue about it.After giving clear instructions that I have a flight to catch the next day, I left with the staffs assurance to return it inntime.Next day, I came back for the piece only to see that the blouse was completely untouched. With the size given as 34 inches, the piece was still 41 inches.Rather than asking their tailor to do it quickly so that I could catch my flight, I was blatantly told to come back the next day.Had to cancel my flight due to their mismanagement.But to no surprise the next day, the piece was still 3 inches lose and skirt had can-can put at the wrong place which made it look like a puffed bag of garbage.Staff refused giving contact number of owner or any refund. 4 days wasted and no responsibility taken by any of the staff or owner.
