I have purchased jewellery for my wedding from Supriti jewellers in Jorhat in 2015. Its been four years and my wifes ring has broken now. This is the first time I saw a gold ring breaking. Moreover, the ring that I bought for my wife as part of the main set is not on good condition. We can easily tweak its shape. Have you heard of any such gold jewellery? That says everything about their quality.

Pathetic place. Staff is really rude doesnt have any manners and dont know how to talk. I purchased 2 silver plates for gift at Rs. 16000 from them. Receptionist gave me a POS and I paid using my SBI Credit Card, but machine didnt generate any slip. So he denied that any payment was received. Even though I requested him to check again. But he insisted, so I made another payment using different card. But later on when I checked my account I found that my bank was also showing a deduction. I immediately reported the same to him, considering it to be nobodys fault. But to my surprise he straightaway denied to acknowledge it. After pressing him hard he finally called the manager and this is where situation turned from bad to worse. Manager was really rude and started shouting, I have a lady with me and he started misbehaving with her. Ultimately after making us stay for 3 hours issue was resolved.

It is situated in AT road, Jorhat near Nirmal Chariali. No parking place for car and situated at first floor of the building. overall ambiance is good and all jewelery are BIS hall marked . Fit and finish is not so good , not sleek one, they informed me that they made it themselves. They seems to be expensive though particularly the making charges and in case of Gold jewelery. Good collection of platinum jewelery. A big disappointing feature is that they dont allow to take photos of their jewelery, and as a customer I dont know why. I want to purchase a platinum jewelry for my fiencie , as she lives in Kolkata , I wanted take photo of the piece, to show her and abandoned the place without buying seeing the non cooperativeness and unfriendly behavior to a prompt customer.
