I ordered Mukut for my baby for her Rice ceremony. I received the product within 2 days. Fastest delivery ever. And packing was done so much carefully. And the product(Mukut) is so beautiful that I just loved it.

I ordered topor for my sons rice ceremony ..the shipping and delivery was quite early. Nicely packed, there cant be any chance of damage with such packaging. Product was good. Only con I find is that the price is more on the higher side compared to the product.

Not satisfied with the tattwosuchi as there was no suchi (book) in it. Got the replacement with a different model but still the same complaint. Did not have any concern on the complaint given. Also the topor was not as per the image shown in catalogue even after replacement. Not satisfied at all. Will not recommend.

Regarding feedback, I must say, it was spot on. I was scratching my head to get a decent mukut , that too sitting away from Kolkata, came across this name, Sholaghor. At first, I was skeptical. I mean, as we all know, sholar mukut is anything but fragile, lets say, super fragile. I was like, ok, I have paid, but I dont think, that thing is coming in one piece.How wrong was I !! Let me tell you, when I received the box, it was nicely packed. Wow.. Later I realized how well packed that was. Literally it took me good 15mins to unbox the whole thing. Hats off just for the packaging !!!Quality of that mukut was great & it was beautiful. Just like what I saw in those samples. Not just that, they sent me spares as well. & oh, I must tell you, they have a wide range of those designs & you can customize as well.Most of the online shopping end here. Now, coming to the main part. I was not able to track my package. Tracking number was showing invalid for some reason. Well, they went for extra mile for that. They sent men to the office, tracked down my package, lodged complaint & shortly after, I received mine. Thank you & kudos for your effort.
