I have ordered 2 sarees from rkcollections.in which turned out complete disaster. Very cheap quality sarees. Cloth is completely ruff. We can get this kind of saree for 100rs road side. I tried contacting them on the number they have provided on website which was switchoff and there is another number which they are disconnecting. I dont know how celebrities are encouraging/promoting this sort of shops. I wanted to return them where there is no response. They have a YouTube channel where comments are off. If you are genuine why do you turn off comments?I strongly recommend not to purchase in Rkcollections.

Very bad customer service at the store on main road (the small shop). My mom went there today at around 3 pm. The sales lady was rude and was not at all interested in showing the sarees. We only got to see 4 sarees and when asked for more she said- just go check in the shelves. I have purchased all my marriage sarees here before and loved the varieties. But this time we just walked out because of this bad experience. We know you guys are busy but I strongly believe customer service is very important part of any business. To that lady- Please dont show your frustration on customers. No body deserves to be treated that way.

Tried to order ikkat saree which I saw in video which was the cost of rs 500/- but when went to order online non of the design and materials available in youtube design and colours are good but nothing can be ordered.

Its a crowded location and prices are fixed.ADVANTAGES:1)It is about 100 metres from the KPHB METRO station.2) The prices are fair.3) Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week4) Floors dedicated to regular and high-quality sarees.DISADVANTAGES:1) No Car Parking2) Limited Parking for Bikes (4-5) that too park on your own risk.3) Congested place to shop.4) No waiting area for Men.

Good articles but poor customer service. Courier charges are very high & reaches damm late! Extremely unhappy with their services.

My wife liked the collection there. Overcrowded during weekends. The size of shop is hardly 10x15 ft. So avoid weekends.

Prize are high but in youtube showing as less prizes. Cloth is also not good when compared with other shops it is normal

Sarees are different from what we see in you tube and in real, pls dont visit Shop its always crowded no proper response we cant sit and select the sarees peacefully... waste of time...few sarees in you tube are looking good but when we see in the store theyre very cheap....so, its upto you people what to do or what not to do....all the best....

Im a regular customer, I have ordered many sarees from RK, I visited shops many times. Im.not happy with the online shopping sarees, not at all good quality. If u want to buy, good to shop see n buy. Im completely not recommending RK now a days.

I wish I wouldnt even rate 1star.I have posted a review this month regarding rkcollections mentioning the quality and service they provided.I have purchased 2 sarees from their website which are of horrible quality( highly recommend others not to purchase) as already mentioned in my previous review.1saree money has been refunded.Now for another saree refund , they came up with a very good blackmail plan mentioning that(conversation on call) -> If I am not gonna take that review off, refund for the another saree will not be done. Delete that review we will start refund process. I have evidence of this conversation.Under IPC 383 & 384 , IPC 415 , IPC 506 ;This is a kind of threatening , blackmailing, exaction and whatnot...!As a customer, I have right to submit a review on what I have purchased , just that others could be aware of this fraud.And also in my return history on their website,I have been commented to know the fabrication details before purchasing a product(image added).For your kind info, I have placed the order only after watching your YouTube video which was explained in detail.

I ordered a saree a week ago and I didn’t receive the delivery within the given time. Today I phoned them regarding my order and they said the saree was not available we initiate your refund. My money was stuck for one week and I havent even intimated till I called them.I suggest people dont go online shopping with R.K COLLECTION.

Worst Experience. No one is bothered about customers.I never saw such a huge crowd and no COVID rules are followed here. No Social distancing at all. People are literally grabing the sarees from us. Really fed up. Very very very very bad experience. We immediately left that place and went away.

They are showing very nice collection in their videos. Celebrities also regularly visiting this shop and posting their vlog in YouTube. But when a normal person visited this store there is no one ready to show us collection. All the sarees are dumped on table. Sales person saying this is the collection. There is no one to assist us about sarees. After seeing videos dont go with lot of expectations. Its really waste of time.

Worst. Better dont do shopping in this shop. Worst part is workers are not good and they are not showing sarees. When we ask them to show they are not at all responding and shows other worker in the shop to show. They shift us from one counter to other but not showing any models.

I ordered a saree online from here and got shocked about the material. They said it was a Lenin saree but what I received is not even resembling with a waste cloth. Even our maid refused to take it. Such a worse saree. Soon after I opened the package with in 3 minutes I requested a return request for which I got that they will inform me through the mail. There is no response so I called them to my surprise there is no response too. I mailed one more time to which also there is no response. Such a cheap and dirty scam people.
