Really clean and tidy foods ok nice chips ,the batter they us is a bit douey .the staff are very pleasant and polite .

Excellent cod and chips served by friendly staff. I would recommend a large cod with medium chips lashed with vinegar and sprinkling of salt. I would recommend a visit to this establishment.

Used to be one of the best in Merthyr, not anymore. Prices have gone through the roof and the quality of the food has gone down hill drastically. There used to be a queue going out of the door(especially on a Saturday lunchtime), not anymore. Maybe the greedy owner should review his prices and put a bit more effort into the quality of the food. Its the last time hell get any money from me anyway.

Great little shop. If you ring in advance they will skin your fish and have it ready when you arrive. plus if they are not to busy they will do it if you ask. All the girls that work on the counters are really nice always smiling. Great service nice food friendly staff couldnt want for more really.

Spotless, with excellent food and friendly service. Theres a number of fishnchip shops in the town, but only two offer this quality. Large and crispy portions at a reasonable price.

Bloody fantastic!!All cooked to order which isnt a problem because id rather wait a few minutes and have nice fresh tasty food like I did today! See you again when Im next passing through.

Very nice. Limited hours and cash only but the choice is good and the food tastes great. Portions are much bigger than expected. Good experience. Will be back in the future.

A real pain if you want fish - you have to wait. They are open until 8....so why dont they cook one or two as they know theyll sell?I just choose something else now.Potatoes have gone up but still £2 for a bag of chips is a lot - why not sell by the scoop?
